Mike in lawn checkout helped me so much very quickly, spoke loudly and clearly to my grandpa so he could hear, took extra care to make sure the "quick loader" was there to help asap. We extremely curious and caring and has very bubbly attitude that made me want to come back and spend more money here instead of other locations and even competitors. Give Mike a raise and keep him in customer service as long as you can keep him :) this was 12:45pm Wednesday June 12

I went to pick up 7 bags of wood chips. I had a digital coupon which was very easy to use. The person was so kind and sent me to the garden area so they could load up my wood chips. I was shocked at the price; $2 each bag. It was a very easy, and enjoyable trip.

We didn't realize Lowes in Woodhaven was closing at 8 p.m. when we walked in. We had to order tile for the bathroom. Sam was so helpful and courteous!! He helped us get the tile and was in stock!

The other day my husband had to come and get materials to change out my mother in-laws shower. My husband spent alot of time in the Woodhaven Lowes and with the amazing help of Paul he was able to accomplish the job! He was very resourceful with information about what my husband needed to buy and also took a phone call from my husband to help him through putting the piece in the shower. We greatly appreciate his help and wanted to give him a shout out for how great he was to work with!

Judt bought a bunch of yard stuff, mulch, dirt, grass seed. Ordered on line, had it put in my car. Love that service. Thank you!

So far so good. Great customer help in person and chat line. I'll know more after delivery and installation.

Very satisfied. They sent contractor Gary from Quality Installation, he was professional and kind.
I had moldy floor under dishwasher,bad.
He told me what to do,it took me 2days, but he was right and came right back and put it in.
I was so upset and he was a pleasure to work with.
Now I'm very satisfied.

Also had a difficult screen door installed through Lowe's a few years back,that was/is beautiful.

I'm in a bit of shock.
It was delivered so fast.

Went to Lowe’s in Woodhaven, MI to look for a fan. A lady at the service desk said if any were out, they would be on aisle 30. My husband and I looked and no fans were there. We were looking around thinking if they had any leftover fans were would they put them, when Charles asked if he could help us. We said we needed a fan and the type we were looking for. He said if we wanted to wait he would look in receiving. it took him 15 minutes but bless his heart he brought 2 up and let us pick which one we wanted. Thanks Charles for going out of the way to help and then going the extra mike to get what we needed! What a super guy!

The Woodhaven store. We shop here frequently for our various "owning a home" needs. Special thanks to Charles for helping me find everything I needed to build a chimney on my patio. When we shopped for patio pavers and retaining wall bricks, Bryan, the outdoor manager, was AWESOME in his advice and assistance. Special thanks to him for saving my back from having to lift the stones twice. Colton also helped! Previously, we went in to look for some specific wheels for my bench grinder. Had a little difficulty locating them, and Craig asked me if I needed some help. He must have recognized the lost and confused expression on my face, which is very similar to the look on a deer staring into headlights. Craig led me right to what I needed. So, "Thanks, Craig!!" And Thank you, Lowes, for my Military Discount!

Very Helpful and Pleasant Staff. Store is laid out in a very easy to navigate way. They usually have what You came there for and at a pretty fair price. I would recommend this business to Anyone. I hope that this helps.

Sam from the flooring department was so so friendly and helpful!! I live over an hour away from this Lowes, but it was basically the last one on earth that had the exact flooring I needed as it was discontinued but this store did have some. Sam made sure that he could see the flooring with his own eyes before I drove an hour out there to pick it up. He also communicated with me so great and I was so impressed I told my husband I wanted him to be the person that answers the phone every single time I call any business in the world. I don’t know how much Lowes pays Sam but whatever it is, it’s not enough.

I recently started growing indoor houseplants. The indoor garden center at the Woodhaven Lowe’s does a fantastic job of cycling through and marking down their plants. I’m sure a lot are lost because someone can’t be there all the time making sure it’s perfect but whoever works in that section is doing a fantastic job! Yesterday I went to the Southgate Lowe’s and let me tell you it felt like the staff there is actively trying to kill all their indoor house plants. Most were swimming in water. Their markdown plant area was the worst I have ever seen, all the plants there very clearly not watered in a long time and they were all about to die. They looked as though they needed a miracle to make it. So thanks so much Woodhaven Lowe’s to the older lady who works in the indoor garden center area diligently caring for the plants. I see her there the most, yesterday I saw an older gentleman there with a long pony tail. These two deserve so much more than a pat on the back from the managers. I hope they see how much the shoppers such as myself truly appreciate all their hard work and effort. They go above and beyond keeping these plants as alive as they possibly can.

Fantastic experience. Hanna (#3744256) has outstanding customer service skills. She ensured we were taken care of until we left the parking lot. She has a wealth of product knowledge and very well versed with the merchandising scheme of the store. Overall she has a great personality and shares a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Based on our experience, we feel that she has great management.

Great store... Shop here often... Could use a few more staff to help with questions but overall I highly recommend.

I've become a regular here. So much so that I've given directions to other customers while browsing. This store is well kept, organized and the staff is super helpful. Last time I went I was looking for a solution to rid my house of gnats. I was confused and browsing when two employees came to me and gave me home remedy options, purchase options and even their own experiences. Great place, theirs a reason i come here rather than the competitors!

I bought a brand new washer and dryer on Black Friday and had them delivered. When I got home from work I realized they were scratched and had to get them replaced. I went back up to the store and the customer service associates and managers were phenomenal. They truly cared about helping me, they did everything they could to make my experience as easy as possible to get them replaced.

The unfortunate side is the warehouse/delivery had issues and I had to go up to the store 3 separate times to finally get it resolved (no fault of the employees in the store) but the customer service team in the store listened, and then was able to help me get what I needed at the end. In a time where customer service seems to be dispersing quickly in every aspect of stores from food, cars, services, etc, it was refreshing to see a whole team that seemed to truly care about their jobs and the customer.

Danny R. was a great help, thoughtful and patient. We needed a new washer, dryer and microwave. It was important that everything we needed was made in the U.S.A.! Delivery was within 72 hours. The contracted delivery team from J.B. Hunt, were very professional, curtious and respectful. It was my first time shopping at Lowe's. Good experience.
