Been taking my GSD fur babies to see Melaina since they were 10 weeks old! She does amazing with them! They always smell so good, their coats are brushed and feel so soft afterwards! Everyone we’ve encountered at the grooming salon is always very nice and friendly!!

Fantastic place!! Had to say goodbye to one of our furry family members recently and they were great!! They took care of everything and presented us with all our options and were very respectful about everything.. I already knew their care is great, and they're their when you need them most. Thank you everyone on that staff:)))

I took my puppy Milo in for his first ever grooming today and I am so impressed! They were so kind and understanding with it being Milo’s first cut. Ms. Zhanna did an excellent job and he looks so handsome! Thank you! I’m adding a before and after of my little doodle dude♥

I will only ever go to the PetSmart in Woodhaven. I didn’t catch the managers name, but he had a beard and was such a good manager and helping his employees during a very busy time and multi tasking. I had to do an online return and he helped that cashier and myself when my gift card return got put on the wrong type of gift card.

Prices are a little high for my budget but I love going there and I sing all the animals that come to shop the attitudes could be a little more friendly other than that the store is nice

Took my Cavapoo puppy Winnie to get groomed with Zhanna. Wanted her to still look like a teddy bear but not be so shaggy. Zhanna did exactly what I asked!

Always recommend here because of their clinic in the back but this time I have to shout out one of the workers. I came in a few days ago to get a toy for my dog and some treats and I wish I would’ve gotten his name he was so helpful but the man working recommended a good brand of toy that he wouldn’t tear the stuffing out of and was so kind as well. I don’t know if this will help him get a nice raise or not but he had short brown hair and a little bit of facial hair. Give that man a nice raise he deserves it!!!! My dog loves this thing.

This was my dogs first grooming appointment and I was completely satisfied! The groomer Julia did such a great job with my fur baby! I didn’t even know that he needed so much grooming until I came to pick him up and seen how much better he looked! I basically booked him the works since this was his first time and I wanted him to get everything done. He was so neatly trimmed and looked so handsome upon pick up! I wasn’t able to articulate exactly what look I was going for for him but somehow she still managed to make him look exactly as I would have wanted! She was very knowledgeable and suggested an alternative style for my pup because of the kind of fur that he has. Thanks Julia! Cant wait to bring my baby back!

They have a great selection of dog harnesses. I was able to try them on her and walk around the store before I was able to make my choice. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The store was really clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I was able to find the cat supplies I wanted without issues and browsed around their other isles just for the fun of seeing everything they had to offer. The cashier was a tad slow but friendly, making the speed a non-issue. The only complaint is their fish department needs a bit more love, but they are my favorite pets, so I'm a bit biased towards our aquatic friends. Overall, I'm happy I chose to go their instead of another place; it was a trip well spent!

Loved shopping there today. Bought a toy for Maggie May and she's already got the nose ripped apart and the ears off and she hasn't even had the toy for a half an hour

I went to the grooming salon here after I saw some great reviews with Lorie. I am SO GLAD I went here. Lorie asked me questions that no other groomer has asked before (if my dog had raised bumps that could get caught on razor), made sure she had water while waiting to be picked up, and did the absolute BEST job with the cut! I was so happy with Lorie and what she did that I had to sign up my next appointment with her. 10/10, highly recommend.

Dr. Keranen and the staff in the Banfield clinic are the best. They really care about the animals. We appreciate all they do.
