Clean and spacious. I didn’t feel like I was standing on top of other patients. Tabitha was the best. So patient and nice to be around. Listening to me go back and forth on how my glasses fit and helping me pick a pair that worked for me!

My appointment at American Best was the smoothest eye appointment I’ve had in a long time. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the receptionist Tabbi. She let me know that all my paperwork had been completed online, I can have a seat, and someone will be with me shortly. After being there about five minutes I was asked to come back by the tech. We did a few tests, that took about seven minutes, and I was back in the waiting room to see the doctor. Approximately 10 minutes later, the doctor called me in. She was patient, kind, and efficient. After I was finished with the doctor, the receptionist Tabbi came to me and let me know that she would be with me momentarily. Tabbi went on to assist me with picking out contacts. She was very thorough. She took her time and answered every question that I had. Overall my experience was a 10/10. I definitely recommend the Woodhaven location.

Tabitha and all of the ladies there were great. Very smooth experience from intake to exam to pickup of my new glasses. Everything was explained along the way and I was made to feel very comfortable there. Never a rush to pick out my glasses or decide on lenses. All of the options were explained to me but they did not put pressure on me to buy more than I wanted. Great experience!

I had the best experience getting an eye exam! The Receptionist was very nice and checked me in even though I was 5 minutes early and then being taken back to the tech room Emma was amazing! She was super nice and made getting the dreadful tests so much more enjoyable, the doctor was very nice and the optician was very helpful when deciding on glasses. Tabitha the assistant manager was outstanding, she helped explain everything to me and it helped me understand where my money was going when it came to purchasing what I needed. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I would 1000% recommend going there and seeing all those lovely ladies.

I came in today and my husband broke his glasses in the hospital and Stephanie went out of her way to help me with some glasses. My husband can't walk as of now. She is a life saver.

Great customer service. Had an issue with my insurance but it was all worked out. Antionette was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She explained my new script, she took her time comparing lenses, and made great suggestions.

Super nice and professional staff. The pretest guy (I think his name was Shawn?) was very nice and welcoming. Austin helped me pick my glasses and cash out and she was super nice and helpful. Alisa was also super nice and helpful. Alisa called me a material girl and I think that’s the best compliment I have ever received. Love it here!

I lost my glasses a couple weeks ago. I needed a new Optomi...optim....eye Doctor.

Being from another state, in an area I am unfamiliar with, I needed to find someone local, that was good. So many choices on google, but where to go?

I picked one, and drove there. I arrived and was greeted....by THE GRINCH! I was handed an onion when I arrived by said Grinch. Finally, a place that truly gets me!

Seriously, every single one of these ladies in this office were kind, smiling, even laughing at my horrible jokes. I was truly surprised and pleased I was able to find such a wonderful office to visit.

The icing on the cake? Dr. Navreet Singh administered my exam, and took the time to ensure I was clear. She was patient, and explained some things to me that I did not know about my own eyes.

This is the place you want to go. These ladies know what they are doing, and they love their jobs.

Take my word for it. I would HIGHLY recommend AMERICAS BEST-WOODHAVEN to YOU. I would not go anywhere else after this.

I made my appointment online last night and was in the office scheduled this morning. I was able to fill all my paperwork out online and confirm my appointment by email without ever needing to speak to anyone over the phone. They were closed when I made my appointment. I was shocked to find a next day early morning appointment open. I was in the office and out in less than an hour!! That's including both the contact lens exam and the eyeglass exam. I spent most of the time searching for frames had I not tried on almost every pair of frames I would have been in and out in 20 minutes. All the staff was nice and very friendly. The doctor was very thorough while still being quick. I have never had such a quick eye exam and I have visited other America's Best locations. This is the best experience I have ever had with any eye doctor! Highly recommend.

The new America’s Best at West & Allen in Woodhaven, MI is fantastic! Everyone from the receptionist to the tech to the doctor were great. We particularly loved Austin. She was wonderful with my daughter and helped her pick out some nice glasses. We will definitely be back.

Sorry this is late but Austin is by far the BEST eyewear tech at America's Best in Woodhaven. I had dropped my sunglasses on the ground outdoors and the right bow was bent. I went in to see if anything could be done or if I'd have to order a whole another pair of frames. Austin took a close look at them and said she'd do her best to try and fix them but warned me they may break. I told her to go ahead and try. She did her "magic" and fixed them and they now fit better than they did when I first bought them! Austin is always so kind, talented, and is very helpful and when selecting frames, ordering contacts, etc. Thanks so much Austin!! I really appreciate you!!

The staff was orderly, efficient, and personable. I’m often overwhelmed by a variety of choices, but Austin did an excellent job navigating the many options available to me. She was kind, well-informed, and professional.

Had an overall great experience. Even though Dr. Singh is young, don't let that fool you. She is VERY knowledgeable and knows her stuff. HUGE shout-out to Antoinette who I loved. I only wish that perhaps they would play music softly so that you don't feel like you're in a library.

I was looking for new eye glasses recently and stopped at a few different optical places. But, I chose America’s Best in Woodhaven because Austin was friendly, very helpful, patient and courteous! They were able to book my eye exam the next day, their doctor was very thorough and the staff was so nice! I can’t wait to get my new glasses, they’re really cute!!

Antoinette was amazing! She handled everything for me me and my wife making getting new glasses a breeze! Thanks to her and the incredible staff we will become regulars. Will go again, especially if they decide to go see boats!

Please do yourself a favor and make your appointment at the Woodhaen location. Everyone is amazing and they do take care of you from the supporting staff to the eye doctor.

I typically dislike seeing my optometrist that I've been seeing the last 10 years or so. I would always get eye pain/migraines after that would last the entire day. I did not experience that when I came here. The staff was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I definitely recommend. If you don't have vision insurance I think this could be a great option. I didn't utilize my insurance as the pricing was very affordable and I can submit the itemized invoice to my insurance after. Very happy this location opened! ☺

My first time at this location and I will definitely be back. I came in because I broke the arm off my glasses, they fixed them to the best of their ability. I spoke with the manager and she was able to get me into 2 new pair in my price range. Super satisfied. Thank you!

This was by far the best America’s Best I’ve ever gone through. Austin was incredible, she made sure I got the best deals possible, she was super kind and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. All the staff went above and beyond to help me, they explained all my options, and made it a very pleasant experience. I won’t be going anywhere else again.

Called and spoke with tabitha regarding my daughters glasses that was eaten by the dog she took the time out to explain the warranty process and looked up my benefits and quick and easy scheduling and was able to get an appointment fairly fast. She did an awesome job thank you!!!
