Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Dairy Queen is a nice place to stop for a quick bite to eat. They have a nice variety of sandwiches and meals. The coffee is OK. I had the strawberry shake, but the flavor just wasn't as good as I remember. It was ok, though. The employees are very nice

They have fast friendly service. There's usually not a long wait in line. Unless it's a really hot summer evening. Then you might wait for ice cream a few minutes. They're drive thru is fast enough. And they don't mess up on orders hardly ever. The prices aren't bad at all. About average of any other ice cream place. Best ice cream around!!

Where do I start... like everything from here is amazing. My favorite drink is a blue raspberry misty freeze!! And the cherry dilly bars are good as well. And for your next birthday get a cookies and cream ice cream cake you will not be disappointed. Really wish they would bring back the cotton candy dip like the chocolate cherry and butterscotch and now churro flavor!!

Driving through Massena, we always stop by for lunch or dinner. They have tables outside where we can sit with our dog. The food is reliably good and (of course) the blizzards are great.

We have been to this Dairy Queen multiple times over the last six months, every single time I mention posting a 5 star review and it just slips my mind. They are so polite and quick with service. The food ALWAYS comes out so fresh. Every time we pass through it’s a stop at Dairy Queen.

We went through the drive-thru earlier today and me son got a cheese burger, chili dog a regular ( small ) order of fries and a soda which totaled $10 plus he ordered a medium Oreo cheesecake blizzard and it came to over $ 16 dollars for 1 person. That being said all of his food were good and hot not lukewarm like alot of places. I don't go here often because of the price point. It isn't the most food for your buck ,but is slightly better food than most of the other fast food restaurants with a drive-thru.q

The food was gd minus my cheese curd bites I ordered special.tbey we're all burnt and had hardly any cheese in them.the waitress was kinda snotty but it was sunny out and felt nice to finally treat ourselves to a meal out ..the blizzard was on point tasted great just took forever to get cause somehow staff didn't know I'd bn waited on even tho I was standing in ice cream isle with my receipt but the manager was nice a got them out to us super fast when she realized.

This fast food chain has always been one that i will continue to frequent with its quick fast and friendly service. Always keeping up to its name they serve their delicious frozen treats and hot food without dissapointment. Love this place!

Nice clean establishment, friendly staff. My dad and I got the same meal, the bacon deluxe 2 cheese. Tasty as hell and only about $10 each.

For a first time customer...the girl at the cashier was patient and helpful! The 6 piece chicken tender meal was perfect for 2! The girl that delivered my food was attentive to the ppl in the dining area, (great job "table touching") and in general just a friendly atmosphere! I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area!

Great manager and team. When Covid was in full swing and they were only doing drive thru, manager would still let me come inside since I couldn't fit my work truck through the DT. All of the associates are always smiling and friendly.

I hadn't been to a DQ in so long I pretty much didn't know what to order. But the lady at the drive-thru was really nice and patient.

A pleasant experience, the food was good, the staff was very nice.

Always the place to go for your ice cream fix! The food isn't bad either.

We walked in with about 15 people and all got ice cream. We were in and out in about 5 minutes. Crazy fast service!
