Great place. it looks so nice inside. the employees are so kind and helpful. they have more doughnuts than I knew existed. I've never had their coffee because I don't drink it, but I have heard it's great from here. And to people like Brad who are all upset over a few mistakes, this store opened like a few weeks ago, the employees are not going to be up to speed on day one. just take a deep breath. if you don't like it you can go buy your stuff at the gas station 😂

OMG, I love Baskin Robbins 😍😍😍. This is really delicious ice cream. My favorite is Winter White Chocolate but They do not have this season flavor but Love potion is similar. Thanks.

The staff were very kind, I felt safe, and the service was speedy and accurate. A great place for a quick caffeine boost!

Not a while lot of seating but I love the the set up with ordering. Super good!

Not the employees fault, so they still get 5 stars but I am livid that the flavors for ice cream aren't listed at the drive through. What's the point in having a menu if you don't list what is available?

Walked in this morning, 6am, ordered the way everyone should.....On-The-Go, everything was ready almost instantaneously!! Lots of staff on hand to handle everything. Super excited to have yet another Dunkin closer to home!! The coffee tasted exactly how it should, highly recommend the hash browns too, best hash browns in the business! Will definitely be back!

So happy to have a Baskin-Robbins in Minnesota now! I grew up having their ice cream at birthdays, special events, and so forth.

The workers were friendly and helpful, although they kept referring to "pints," despite their menu listing 12oz or 24oz containers. Management should probably educate their staff that a pint has a legal definition (16oz) and is not a variable size like small or large.

Haven't had donuts at this location yet, but I'm sure they will meet the Dunkin' bar.

I only rate chains against themselves (e.g. I don't compare McDonald's to Five Guys - different food/price points, and you know what you're getting at each). If you like Baskin Robbins, you will love this location. I don't compare it to other ice cream shops for the rating. (Although I do prefer it over Cold Stone because I can see all the flavours before me, And can pick one -- I hate having to come up with my own flavour)

Great new addition to South Robert street. Staff is friendly and working hard to service you, even though most are very new. Hard to sell ice cream this time of year but the do offer free samples! Please stop in! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious!

Super friendly. Always getting samples of icecream and donuts taste fresh even in the afternoon. Better than the other dunkin locations I been too (Little Canada and Maplewood) and love that it's a Baskin too.

The owners willingness to help accommodate a special request on a very challenging time frame was amazing! They were gracious if not enthusiastic to help me pull off a major surprise for someone's birthday. It is definitely worth the drive from Mpls to St Paul. So ecstatic that there is finally a B & R back in Minnesota!!!

So happy to have 31 Flavors back in Minnesota! I grew up with Baskin Robbins in California and they were here in Minnesota when I moved here in the 80's. This store is combined with Dunkin Donuts. It was very clean and the ice cream was great! Haven't tried the donuts, yet. Always have liked Dunk's coffee and donuts, though.

You gotta love free donut Friday, specially if you got some gift cards!

BEST Dunkin in the Twin Cities. Donuts always fresh and well made. The Boston Cream is loaded! The staff is warm and friendly quick to share a joke and laugh. A Twin Cities Gem!

Very nice staff, there was a little confusion about cakes. I wanted to get one to try, they said they couldn't do that. Then I spotted the premade cakes in the freezer, which was what I was looking for. No big deal, just kind of weird.

So excited for DD!! Service was good, coffee was great. Definetly a new fav aside from the others. Inexpensive and worth the drive from Prior Lake!

I come here a lot. It beats the rush at starbucks and caribou. I can get in and out of here, with caffeine in hand, in under a minute because I'm the only one in the drive thru. That makes me happy:)

Delicious ice cream flavors. Loved the banana split. Location is neat, tidy and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
