Recommend: Chebourek, Fried Pelmeni, Yazik, Czar's Medalion, White Russian Tiramisu, Medovik, and Chocolate Ganache Tart.

Overall: Don't think you can go wrong with most items on the menu. Awesome food.

Tried to come here awhile back but it was so busy they turned us away, but got in this week. Might be one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities. Food is very delicious. Beef Stroganoff was to die for, and the vegetables served with it were great too. Bubushka Stew was also enjoyed! Beef Pirozhok was pretty tasty but I’d probably try a different appetizer next time: the breading was not bad though.

Service was great and we got our food fast enough. Drinks were decent and they had some really cheap options for cocktails unlike most restaurants. Interior of the restaurant is clean and well decorated, and there’s a nice outdoor patio with plenty of sitting.

Overall value of the restaurant, considering how fantastic the food, is good. The place isn’t cheap but I didn’t feel ripped off. Would definitely recommend, even if don’t care much for Russian food - this restaurant is amazing.

Really cool restaurant with tasty food and drinks! The service was great, and I really loved the atmosphere and decor. I have not had a lot of Russian or Ukrainian food before so it was really cool to try some amazing dishes from these regions. The flavors were great and I'm really eager to try more of the pancake and dumpling dishes. There is a huge selection of different vodkas, and the cocktail I had was very delicious. I definitely will be back here to try more!

A very nice restaurant close to the cathedral, excel, and lots of other stuff to see. The food was very delicious. Their menu is a bit confusing, from what you can see online, only certain food is available certain times of the day. It was very good though, just limited. Parking was available down the street and you are able to call ahead with a reservation or make it online.

Came here with my mom and had the most delicious food and drinks. Recommend the stroganoff! We also had super yummy dessert and will for sure be going back. Service was also really good (:

Went on a Saturday night, was pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the whole restaurant even though it was crowded. The service was great, food came out in a very little time after ordering, despite the rush, and would recommend the Pelmeni steamed dumplings.

The food is extraordinary. My friend and my family really enjoyed the food and service they provided. Food the authentic and I personally love the grandma cabbage roll the best and my husband loves the beef strangonoff. Also the drinks( beer) and desserts are also delicious. The best decision we made is to follow waitress’s recommendation, everything she recommended are on point for us.

This is a great place for delicious Russian food. Lots of cocktail choices too. Lots of ambience! Greatly recommend when in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at Moscow on the Hill. It started with a friendly greeting from the hostess and continued from there. We ordered drinks, appetizers and meals and EVERYTHING was delicious!!!! We cannot wait to go back!!!!

I have never been to their patio and I'm so glad I know it exists! Great spot to meet a group for beverages. I got the Sangria..it had a fancier name! I didn't get to try food but I will be back to sit on this patio, I'll try food next time!

Food was great! A lot of comfort foods and they were delicious. Service was very fast and informative. If you have questions, just ask, even if it is for pronunciation. Atmosphere is what you would expect with "Moscow" being in the name.

Had a fabulous time at Moscow on the Hill. The patio out back is amazing and so are the drinks and food. They make the most incredible Moscow mule. The ginger flavor comes through so nicely, I really wasn't expecting it to taste as good as it did. The food is all so delicious. I went with friends and we ordered a bunch of apps to share and had a great time.

The best borscht ive ever had. (and only but that doesn't matter.) i literally couldnt sleep last night because i was craving it so bad. so don't go, unless you want to be craving it for the rest of your life. Dumplings were very good as well! The guy walking around playing accordian added to the vibe too

I recently dined here and had a mixed but overall positive experience. I tried the borscht and beef stroganoff, both of which were good, though not the best I've ever had. What really stood out was the amazing atmosphere inside, with lots of authentic Russian decor and posters in the Russian language, which added a unique charm. They also have a very large selection of vodka, which was impressive. While the food didn't quite match the best I've had during my travels across three continents, the overall experience was enjoyable. Absolutely amazing. Our reservation somehow was confused yet there was no issues and we still got seated. Service was very quick and all the waiters were nice. The food was absolutely amazing with very traditional Russian and Slavic foods made well and came fast after ordering. Overall comforting and beautiful atmosphere and totally recommend!

This was the first time I have been to MOTH (my new favorite acronym) and it was AMAZING. I have been working on my Genealogy/family tree and I have family from Russia/Ukraine on my father's side and this was all very interesting and cool. We were there for a family birthday dinner, I ordered the vareniki, which I absolutely adored (dumplings are my favorite) and then Chicken Kiev for my entree. We also had Moscow Fries and the majority of the table tried the Borscht, which everyone loved but I will have to try on my next trip. I also want to try the stuffed cabbage rolls. My husband had the beef stroganoff. Delicious!

This is a really fun restaurant with a ton of great options. We sat outside on their patio and it was fantastic. All of our food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. They make all of their infused vodka’s in house and I’d highly recommend trying them out in their cocktails.

On a cold, snowy night... Moscow on the Hill really hits the spot with that hearty, comfort food vibe. We've been here a couple of times before for their peasant dumplings, but we decided to try other things tonight and as usual, we're not disappointed. The service is always good. And during this time of year, it's very festive and warmly decorated with Christmas lights and decor. I love it!

Had a lovely experience with some friends at this restaurant! Came for the first time and loved the service and food was amazing. Not to mention the at table musician
