Verizon

Recently switch over to Verizon as a new customer. Had some slight delays in the process but Seth was extremely helpful and very patient during the entire process. Any offers and billing expectations were explained in detail, which is very appreciative. So far have had an overall lovely experience at this location as a first time customer!

My I watch broke while on vacation. I found the nearest Verizon store. Brian clodfelter greeted me immediately listened to what I needed. Found deals on my account I wasn’t aware of and helped me with my purchases, made valuable suggestions and helped me quickly transition to my new devices. The whole process was quick and helpful.

I have worked with Cody, and he has been so helpful to my sister and I, helping us pick and set up our phones with no issues. Cody is professional, knowledgable and kind, he will take the time to help you. I HIGHLY reccomend asking for Cody with any upgrades you may be interested in for yourself or for your whole family.

I am quite a very difficult customer!
I can't make up my mind and I need alot of explaining.... Cody was my salesman and I was getting a new phone. I Loved my LG phone but they went out of business. Cody had to guide me through every feature of my new Moto Edge and compare the two enticing me to want it. He was very patient, polite and informative! He even gave me his card and said I was to call with any questions (which I did).

Corbett was the most excellent consultant my husband and I ever dealt with at Verizon! Our situation was quite a task oriented challenge, I thought!
In May 22,2024, we were welcomed; no waiting in this brand new facility. Corbett immediately made us feel very valued and comfortable.
We were there to purchase a new iPhone 15, Transfer my old phone, the XR from another Verizon user’s account into my husband‘s Verizon account.
I was to keep my phone number, then subscribe onto my husband’s account.
Corbett then had to switch all the data from Duane’s old iphone 6 onto my old XR and then onto my new phone 15.
Everything was done with the utmost respect, care, kindness, effort, efficiency and professionalism!!!
In addition, Corbett was even our go to person today, May 3, 2024, as we lost the XR phone and needed his expertise to help find it through iCloud. He taught me how to do so and showed me how to turn on the settings to use Find My Phone for it, once we found it. Corbett located the phone!!!
Corbett was extremely helpful. He taught me each step of each process as I took notes to learn from him!!!
Corbett SAVED THE DAY and is our go to man in the Verizon corporation!!!
Corbett is one EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF the VERIZON FAMILY who cares!!!

Visited the Verizon store at Queen Harbor this morning. Was greeted & helped by the nicest & most helpful sales agent named Bryan. He was so knowledgeable & such a delight to work with. If you want to be taken care of & NOT taken advantage of then please go see Bryan. He's professional & courteous on every level!

We were fortunate to meet Corbett Doehner and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He checked our account and performed due diligence and spent the time to see what were our best options. He showed us various phones and went over every detail with us, so that we were able to get the most for our money. We are so glad we did not go to the Seaboard street location as they always seem to be rude and impatient. Corbett was a pleasure to do business with and his meticulousness pays off for both the client and his employer. He understands the value of a client relationship. Initially went in with a problem! We have an account with Verizon for many years, but we bought a phone on Amazon!! They were so accommodating! We had to pay a small fee, but Scott Smith was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, and very very nice! The other sales people were also very nice! I highly recommend this Verizon, and Scott Smith! All are great! I bought an iPhone a few months ago... they are all great !!! Great Service!!

Corbett Doehrer was an excellent sales representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He helped me correct a mistake made at another cellular sales store. I can’t say enough good things about Corbett and his excellent service.

Bradley was excellent.... he went above and beyond to get my phone working.... he spent several hours updating and retrieving information and pictures. This has been an experience I want to share. He definitely knows what he is doing and is very efficient. I live in Maryland and he treated me like I was his customer from the beginning.
Scott was also very easy to work with and very personable. He is leading in a way that Verizon should use as a standard.

I had fantastic experience at this Verizon store. I came in the store to exchange a phone which I purchased earlier and I was not sure if Verizon will let me exchange my two days old phone which I purchased from Verizon earlier with another phone. To my surprise the Verizon wireless account manager Mr. DJ Middleton told me he will be more than happy to exchange my old phone which I purchased earlier with another phone The iPhone 11.

DJ was very professional and extremely friendly and he was smiling the entire time I was with him.

He did a wonderful job by doing all the paperwork and he made sure that I was happy with the service. I purchased a screen protector and case cover for the New iPhone and he put it in for me with smile. I'm left the store and I was extremely satisfied with all the service which was provided to me at this Verizon store. DJ treatment to me was like I was a family and not only as a customer, that was very impressive. I will for sure recommend this Version store and Verizon wireless to all my friends and family. If you have cellular needs in SC go to the Myrtle Beach Store! Cody is about as knowledgeable as any cellular agent I have ever met with. Just bought two iPhone 14 pros and he set them up in record time and transferred our data with no issues. Great Service!!!

My husband and I went to the Verizon store, as soon as we step inside Corbett acknowledged both of us, he welcomed us to the store. He made us feel very comfortable, I was having a issue with text messaging, Corbett was able to fixed the problem. We were so impressed my husband decided to get a new phone. Corbett set up his phone went over everything. I highly recommend anyone need assistance or buying a phone to see Corbett. It was the most refreshing experience we have had in a long time. Corbett should be commended for his excellent customer service.
