These guys are great, the Poplar Level location is the main store, so if anyone else doesn't have your part, they will more than likely. I have had a horrible sound in my rear axle and a parts guy, just suggested I look behind the rotor. Sure enough, 2 pins that some other machinic had cut off...

Went in for replacement bulbs for my brake lights. Robert C helped me find what i needed. Robert was very friendly, respectful, and helped me locate the bulbs in the store. Will be returning here for parts in the future, overall positive experience.

I came in at closing last night and these kids that helped me were AMAZING!!! They literally helped me with every question I had! The girl even found my item for me! Excellent customer service!

I came in needing my battery tested and new windshield wipers one day there was a chick in there and I’m not going to lie I was iffy because she was a girl lol but let me tell you she got me all the way together I told her my situation about not knowing anyone to put my battery in and how I didn’t have the extra money to get it installed she changed my bad battery and she changed my wipers!! I asked her what her name was she said it was Mariah I believe. she was super nice , sweet and super quick with it. thank you girly for helping me I really owe you one if you see this comment lol!

I went to this autozone yesterday , because the other car parts store I went to couldn’t help me . But , I needed an headlight and a brake light put in ... there was a manager named Mariah whom helped me with both my headlights and brake lights … she was really nice and friendly we talked and laughed while she did all four lights and it amazed me that a girl just like me knew more than I did about cars lol ! this is my new favorite auto parts store ! #GirlPower🙌🏾

I got help from Kirsten when I needed help with my Ford Fusion. I didn't know what I was doing, but she was so polite and ready to assist me with a of couple issues including running diagnostic and testing my battery, even showing me how to add oil to my car which I've never done before. I've come to this store many times in the last couple of years and tbh all the employees are so helpful and attentive. I especially appreciate Kristen's help tonight so that I could make it home safely with some peace of mind. I def need to take my car for a tune-up at my regular repair shop, but the insight I received was very helpful. Give all these people a raise. They work hard!

Stopped in today to figure out why my check engine light was on. I was immediately greeted by Robert C and I told him what was going on. He grabbed the computer, hooked it up and figured ed out the problem. He was professional throughout the process. He determined it was the thermostat and said they didn't have it in stock and called around to find a location that did. You simply do not find that kind of customer service anywhere. I think k I found my new auto parts store. Give Robert a raise, he's worth it.

Riad was super helpful in replacing my battery. He helped me clean the mess left by my previous battery, and he even walked me through step by step how he was replacing my battery. I would recommend Riad 100%. This was the best customer service that I have ever received at an AutoZone!!!! Will be back!

This AutoZone is great! This manager Cody helped me fix my issues I was having with the warranty, and he gave me different tips for how to deal with it. On top of that he was very courteous and made sure all my questions were answered! Good work! :)

Came in with a check oil light on. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They checked our oil levels and made recommendations which have us peace of mind.

Cody was so incredibly kind and helpful. When going into places like this I am always afraid that I am going to get taken advantage off (overselling/charging). This was not the case. I was treated with respect and kindness!

Our battery had died so we had to replace it we did not have a lot of funds to put into it they knocked $22 off for the old battery. We end up getting a smaller universal battery that is working great for a third of the price that we would have paid for the battery that was made for our car this will help us out until my next payday when we can get the other battery and keep this one as a backup. The gentleman that helped us went out of his way to try to assist us so that we can get back on the road.

Stopped by this store today off popular level rd and bought a new battery. Unfortunately they didn’t have the one in stock I needed and had to run to the one on hikes lane to complete the purchase. Ok.. I thought when you bought a new 200$ battery at auto zone from auto zone the kind people would install it. Nope,I got that my battery was in a peculiar place and it would take 45 min or a longer time to mess with it,basically saying that he didn’t have the time and just left me to figure out where to go and get the battery installed. So the kind person I am just left and went back to the store I originally went to and talked to the same guy I first talked to. This associate once again no questions asked,was really HAPPY to help,said he would go out and install it. He knew how far back my battery was and told me he would help way before he sold me a battery. Keep up the great work at this location and the workers that actually want to help out there customers. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Hopefully that guy gets fired at the other store,ain’t doing nothing but drawing a paycheck. That was just Pathetic customer service.

As always this place is always helpful and nice to deal with. I go out of my way to visit this store specifically.

The young man who is the manager was nice and polite put the bulbs in I needed as my husband is on disability and big o wanted 21dollars for the same bulbs and he checked and one of the bulbs for the front they (big o) said I needed I didn't even need .so I spent about 7dollars and got great service. I just can't believe big o. So if you are female and don't want to be taken advantage of I suggest you go to auto zone excellent service and honest. thank you again auto zone you have restored my faith in humanity.

Very helpful staff this Sunday 6/27/21, sadly did not get any of their names but I came in for some new wiper blades for an 07 Honda Civic and a 15 Dodge cCharger and accidentally bought the wrong type of blade for the civic and the exchange was super easy.

Not only that they went above and beyond helping a woman who’s car battery died on her today cleaning some of the corrosion that kept them from easily replacing it.
