Always enjoy coming here to shoot. Good prices on ammo as well as firearms. Range is very clean and range. Officers are very respectful and knowledgeable also willing to help. They offer good trade in prices. Even offered my son a free hat and made his day. Happy to have range USA in Knoxville!

I wish I could give Ben a zillion stars, but five is the max.

At the time of this review, I am a novice gun owner. I was intimidated by my firearm. I signed up for the Enhanced Concealed Carry Class. Boy was nervous as class started…

I found Ben to be highly gifted at getting us interested in what he was saying. I honestly thought it would be a very dull class with lots of laws and facts discussed. Well those things were discussed…in a very unique, almost conversation-like atmosphere. Ben was intelligent, funny, and compassionate. I was never made to feel ‘less’ because of my inexperience either. He got us all involved in the class at some point, aside from our range time.

Speaking of range time, by the end of the teaching portion of the class my intimidation of my gun was under control. I was ready to do this!!

Thanks to Ben and his terrific teaching techniques, I passed my class and qualified for my permit.

What a great experience. Mainly because of Brian.. My son and I have never practiced at a range. I had no idea what I was doing from ear protection requirements to how it all works. He walked us through everything. He even suggested a different grip on my AR that I now love. Brian helped make it a great father's day for me and my son. And the place overall is just top notch. No need to try other ranges. This is where we'll be coming from now on.

8.28.23 Visiting from CT and friends wanted to shoot, so I joined them. Huge parking area, we had to sign in, give our drivers license number, etc. We used our friends gun and had a good time. Staff was friendly and polite.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for Thomas, and customer service. I just called asking if they offered child safety classes. They don't, but Thomas told me resources, and gave me his own tips. He told me a few tips that I hadn't thought of to do at home. I'm truly grateful, and I will be getting a membership!

I recently took the firearms training class at Range USA with Mr. Edmonson, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mr. Edmonson was insightful, knowledgeable, and just plain entertaining! His teaching style and thorough understanding of the material made the 8-hour class fly by.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to become more familiar with gun safety and concealed carry laws in the state of Tennessee. Mr. Edmonson's expertise and approachable demeanor made complex topics easy to understand and apply. I highly recommend this training to anyone serious about responsible gun ownership.

Staff was friendly, help and we'll knowledge. They even have a safety patrol guy in the range to make sure you are using the facility properly and if you need anything. Dave was helping with recommendation on ear plugs too.
The facility opened in December. It's clean, well organized, has guns to buy and to rent. They have air conditioning in the range, claps to hold the targets inside of tape that doesn't stick right like other places. There's tables to set out your stuff. Stools to sit on by the table. The bathrooms were even keep clean and tidy.
Great location off the highway and easy to find. Went because of a Groupon which worked well and we had no problem redeeming it. We'll definitely be coming back.

I took the Basic handgun class and it was very informative and the instructor was really great! Definitely would recommend this class to anyone.

My son and I took the Advanced Pistol class and it was great. Ryan was very knowledgeable and we were able to learn a lot of new techniques.

Really great facility. Clean, well organized, top-notch lanes, and a TON of guns to rent and shoot. I was impressed with the number of women shooting and the staff was very helpful with ladies that were shooting for the first time. The lanes are closely monitored but the staff is nice, even when they have to remind about the rules. A little pricey, but totally worth it for a fun hour or two of shooting. Really surprised they have birthday parties here, but it could be a fun, different party.

Such a great experience. I highly recommend this establishment. Very helpful this was only my second time at a gun range and Mark was so patient with me. He answered any questions that I had!!! He was just so pleasant and focused on Safety!!! When I come back to visit Knoxville I will come back here….I didn’t catch the young lady name that checked us in she was such a delight and very knowledgeable about suggestions for the which hand gun might be more comfortable and she hit the nail on the head!!!!When we was leaving the guy that checked us out was just as friendly and offered a lot of valuable information about the establishment such has classes offered etc!!!! The building was clean and offered a variety of guns!!!!! Very knowledgeable staff!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Good day all. I purchased the Hand Gun Basics class for myself, my wife, my son (17 yrs) and my daughter (14 yrs). I also purchased the ear muffs and glasses for the range at a discount with the class which was sweet. Ryan, the instructor, was about the most enjoyable and relatable instructor one could hope for. He presented the information in a fun yet serious way and engaged the whole time with the class. When we went out to the range, he and another Range Safety Officer, observed, instructed and assisted each student as needed. Safety was number one. I was concerned my wife and daughter might have issues on the range (forgive me for how that sounds but it is true); however, I ought not to have been because Ryan was diligent in assisting everyone as necessary. I can't say enough how thrilled we were to have been on the range and knowing how to safely fire a semi automatic. Especially my wife and son. My daughter, well, not quite her thing but she loved the experience. Our next goal: buy hand guns that fit the family and visit the range to dial in our accuracy then take the Concealed Carry course. Very nice man that was quite helpful his name was John l. He was helping me try to decide on an AR-15 and telling me the ins and outs about each manufacturer. I would gladly go there again. I am a woman 71 years old.

Great customer service. I normally wouldn't shop at gun store that isn't private owned, but the staff at this location is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great experience at Range USA taking our enhanced conceal carry class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and thorough in teaching the required State curriculum. The instructor fostered individual and group discussions on various scenarios relevant to the material being presented. The classroom was modern and provided a great setting for learning.

My husband bought me a Smith and Wesson M&P9 EZ to learn how to shoot. I was intimidated to learn since he has a military background. The staff at SPB was so helpful and friendly! I’ve been really enjoying going to the range! The range is always well run and the staff is friendly with a novice shooter like myself and my husband who is experienced. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Good selection for a store their size. Ammo prices are just ok. Range is very nice for pistols, not much more you could ask for in an indoor range. They do get busy at times, but hard to fault the business for that.

I took the Enhanced Concealed Carry Class yesterday 2/18/2024. McCurdy was my instructor and he was great. He is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and patient. I also found the class informative. I recommend the class and instructor.

The following is my experience at Range USA, an indoor shooting facility. I first went to Range USA a couple of weeks ago for my first time. To say they have a beautiful facility is an understatement. There is a large parking lot for everyone and the building looks brand new. The inside of the building is awesome with large glass top counters filled with firearms of every make, and the floor displays were stocked full of ammunition and accessories. There is a separate counter for checking into the range and again ammunition there is plentiful as are targets and anything else you might need. There are two separate ranges with 10 lanes each. I have a prosthetic right leg and as a result I cannot stand up for long periods of time while I shoot. There are two low position lanes where the tabletops are down low and I could sit on a stool while I loaded my magazines and then stand up and shoot. This worked out perfectly for me. It would also be perfect for someone who was wheelchair bound, they could just roll up to the lane and shoot all they wanted from their wheelchair. Everyone I met there was super friendly and helpful, I could not ask for anything more in a place to shoot. I am a stickler for safety and was happy to see that there is a range safety officer online all the time while people are shooting. If you are looking for an all round gun store slash shooting range look no further this is the place to be. I was so impressed after my first visit that I came home and got on their website and became a premium member they even offered a discount since I was a Vietnam era veteran. Try it out you'll like it. I give them a five star maximum rating.
