This Jack is the Best mostly friendly place around we drive from Auburn just to get fresh hot food. So keep up the good work and you will always have our business!!

I got a box of 12 chicken tenders they were delicious, just a little pricey. Would definitely recommend.

I am so impressed I have never seen such a happy energetic atmosphere the customer service was amazing and we got all of our order and you could tell the workers enjoyed their job.

I have to say, I didn't have high expectations because the one in Troy, Al is terrible. But we gave it a shot because we were hungry, it was right there, and we didn't know the area. It was actually AMAZING! My husband and I were extremely impressed, and it's not easy to impress him.

Compared to other fast food chains, Jack's is a treasure.

This was the first time that I had eaten the chicken sandwich from Jack's. It was Awesome. I also had a Strawberry milkshake and they never disappoint.
The service as excellent. The prices were very reasonable.

Omg!! I LOVE their big cheeseburger with extra pickles and their always so nice and it makes the experience a very pleasant u. Oh! And their shakes good too lol

Great food and service tonight

The food was great quality and hot... but the best part was the staff that made it such a great experience! The young lady that waited on me was very friendly and attentive, she made me feel that she was genuinely glad to see me there. Good food is one thing, but great service brings you back!

The food is good but some of the staff, I think she's actually a manager, could use some customer service training. Every time we go she always seems like she's mad. Really short and sometimes rude.

We ordered the smaller of the two full breakfast meals. The bacon was perfectly done. The scrambled eggs also. The biscuit was delicious but a little thin. The gravy was perfect. The grits were a little runny for my taste. The service was friendly. A very good experience.

Nice place. Staff friendly and meals a good value. Love the catfish plate. Today is August 25, 2019. Just got the worst biscuit I gave ever gotten at Jacks. Hard as a rock and overcooked. Took pics with my phone..On my way to work so no time to go back and complain.

Not friendly at all. Didn't speak until I said thank you when she passed the food through the window.
