Best sweet tea in the south! And I bought 2 BIG cup soks to help support RMHC. We have had to spend months living in a few from Atlanta, Ga to Houston, Tx and every chance we get to donate we do!

Fast food in a small town. Our order was done at the kiosk. We did custom ingredients on some items, and they came out perfect. Inside was clean and would have given 5 stars for the atmosphere, but our table overlooked a rather dilapidated, looking fast take out pizza place.

It was a McDonald's. Food was good but I have yet to find a location that beats the one on Bell St, outside Maxwell AFB in Montgomery. They make the absolutely best Double Quarter Pounders ever. They actually look like the commercial pictures and are so juicy. This Tallassee was very good, but re-read the sentences above.

The cashier in the drive-thru was very kind and extremely patient with the kids in the vehicle as they were learning about monetary transactions. Several orders had to be adjusted to match the funds available, and she just smiled and happily accommodated. Sometimes the experience can be just as important as the food.

I am using the mobile app now and though the drive through was great with quick service before it is now even faster! The only problem I've had; and it might be because I haven't used it enough to figure it out; is the recording asking first about your rewards number and then having to repeat everything again to the second, or real, person. That has been a little aggravating. But the free food and discounts makes it worth doing it. Update, I am still enjoying my app. Sometimes it take a little longer to open the app, but that could be my phone? The deals and rewards are great to get for just ordering on your phone.

The staff was friendly and it didn't take long to receive your order. The staff has not messed up in years with my order. This location prepares your meal the right way. The buns are not stiff. They are nice and fresh. The meat is great with the new quarter pounder. I used to not like them, but now I can't stop ordering it.

I love this McDonald's! They have great service. The food always comes out hot and in a timely manner. Once, in the drive thru I was told to pull up and they'd bring my order to me. I only had to wait a few minutes but they still have 2 orders of hash browns and 2 large fries because I had to wait a few minutes. How awesome is that! All the employees are very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

My "Go To" McDonald's! Super friendly staff, unlike ANY other McDonald's I've been to! Clean and food is always fresh! I got a cup of coffee one evening and 5 minutes later the manager brings me a new, fresh cup. He felt the coffee I was initially given wasn't fresh enough. I didn't have a problem with it but he did... I mean... What McDonald's would ever do that?

This place always treats me right

Come in got my food the order machine was broken so had to wait to pay got 3 people behind where I should have been. But that was not too big a deal

All around good place to take the family especially for a quick meal

The fries were flaming hot. It was also the best quarter pounder I've had in years. I ordered extra pickles so it was likely just fresh.

Very quick service and very nice smile under her mask, you could see it in her eyes, the lady at the win! I was impressed, we got fries that were actually still too hot to eat!

Best experience ever in the drive through,Mrs.Jennifer was very nice,and have excellent customer service and most of all she was not rude like some of the people,who usually be taking the order.I believe she is one of the Managers and i definitely let her know that she was doing a awesome job,especially when my kids notice it.keep up the good work Mrs.Jennifer you ROCK!

This McDonald's got us on the road pretty quickly. It was not exactly a slow time of day either. I was ambitious and ordered a Big Mac combo which I would eat while driving, haha. I must say, it was just right! It was not sloppy and dropping everywhere. I had a good time eating/savoring my Mac, ha! It's been awhile... I'm selective in my McDonald's visits. What does it take for me to be loyal to this one? Hmmm

My mother, Vicki Rockwell, works here and since she's started back i took notice into the area more than the norm. At first improvements were needed but since new management, followed by new staff, all goals have met to above and overall at high quality with grades up in the high 90's... Around 98 or so i believe. So great job guys n gals! Keep it up n VICKI ROCKWELL I LOVE YOU BUNCHES!

The employees here are honestly the nicest in the tricounty area! Always pleasant and efficient. Yes occasionally an order may be messed uo but they are quick to fix it.

Great food and it’s usually really quick.

Fast friendly service and they get your order correct , clean parking lot clean inside !
