The reason I chose this auto service provider is because of their lead technician, Mr Kevin Harrison. Kevin is a consummate professional and has been his entire career. He’s well seasoned, honest, transparent, respectable, and does what is right. Kevin is one of the “few” straight shooters left in the business. He will ask you questions, wants you to ask questions if you don’t understand what’s being done, and he’ll explain it as best as he possibly can so you can understand the solution(s).

Mr. Charles Jackson and Mr. Kenny Moore sent messages to make sure I knew they appreciated the opportunity to service my vehicle.

The entire group from Kevin to the other folks were all courteous and friendly. I appreciate that.

I highly recommend you considering them providing service for you. If you have a Ford and need help, your small town dealers are the way to go. If you have a choice and Kevin is available, request him to take care of your service needs to diagnose and resolve the issue(s).

First time at this location, came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and full point inspection. Wyatt was my serviceman and he had me in and out quickly and had excellent customer service skills! Will be back here 100% 5/5 stars all the way!

Josh Crews (service manager) was excellent to work with. Informed me of when parts would be available and the length of time required to make the needed recall repairs. Convenient drop off and pick up.

Got there an hour before they closed. They were quick to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Only waited 30 mins before it was completed. Thank you for the quick and accurate service!

Great service department. Friendly, knowledgeable people. They have a hometown feeling that tells you they care. They search for the best "fix" that gets it done correctly for the least cost.

Normally I do all of my own mechanic work but I bought a newer truck and I was told I had to take it somewhere for maintenance to show proof of the oil changes and ect. To keep my warranty. I decided to take it to Tallassee automotive. I learned that they will not screw you on the price and they always get it in and out of the shop within a timely manner. Great service and great people.

The service manager was friendly and courteous. They kept me informed of the status of the repairs even though they had to wait for parts to complete them. Most importantly, they got the repairs done in a timely fashion. I'll be back when I need service and when I start shopping for my next vehicle. I am extremely satisfied.

This Ford service group is the BEST I've ever experienced in my 34 years of owning Ford vehicles. Especially noteworthy is Master technician Kevin and service representative LJ. I rarely give 5 star ratings on anything, but these guys earned one.

This is our 3rd purchase from Tallassee Automotive this was the easiest of all, Brandon was our sales rep. When my wife called to enquire about a car she spoke with Brandon and immediately afterward got a call to be sure she was satisfied. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and a fair price on the new car. One of the best things was we spent an hour or less actually in the dealership. Paper work was ready we signed and left.
