Always fun to visit different stores. Boise is larger than Tualatin, OR., smaller than Lacey, WA., about same size as Post Falls, ID. Boise was well stocked and a good amount on clearence after the holidays.

Nice big store. Everything you need for camping and hunting supplies. Probably a little bit more than I expected. They were out of 209 primers for reloading. The associate apologized and we moved on from there and I still bought some ammo.

Love this store. Every state I go if they have Cabela's I visit. Great products, Service & atmosphere!!!

Amazing! We love the fish tanks and the holiday photos. We also got an amazing trip package here and I love all the events and the candy they sell!

Our grandchildren loved seeing the fish and animals. All of the employees were professional, kind, and helpful. Thanks for a great experience! -Joyce

An adventurous atmosphere that is very outdoorsy and ambitious is how I would describe Cabelas. The customer service is fantastic, as I greeted immediately upon arrival. I don’t hunt nor fish, but I do love hiking and I tend frequent this particular establishment when I travel especially if I intend to hike. They offer a great selection of products including knives, guns, boats, ATVs, and much more. They even have food. In fact, I just recently tried the rocky road fudge from the fudge shop. And it was surprisingly really good. The taxidermy is fascinating and definitely adds an aura to the place. If you love anything outdoors, this is the place you want to be. If outdoors isn’t your thing and you aren’t a nature person, I don’t recommend this place.

This is the first time I’ve been to this Cabela’s location. From the moment they unlock the door, the staff were extremely helpful and seem like they truly love working there. What a wonderful experience!! Thank you for all your help Cabela’s and staff.

Cabela's is a really nice store, and it has just about everything you need for your outdoor activities. This particular visit, I purchased a Henry .22 level action rifle and a Ruger 380. I worked with Walt, who was very friendly, and we had some great conversations. Paul, who also came over to verify my paperwork, also gave me some good info on the Ruger. Friendly and professional staff. I would buy another firearm from Cabela's

What can I say, it's an outdoorsman's fun shopping place. I know, most of the things here are gimmicky and geared toward the novice, but it's fun to wander through the store and check out what is there. I do like the collection and arrangement of stuffed animals. They do have some things that are not gimmicky. They've got some good knives and guns there. If you're bringing in a gun for trade / repair, you need to check it in just inside the doorway. I didn't pay too much attention to the prices, so I can't comment on them.

Very clean and organized, and the people who work here were great. I found what I was looking for and checked out very quickly. Loved the entire experience. 👌

Matt at the gun counter made my purchase easy and smooth as possible. In and out in a half hour. We had a special circumstance that needed catered to, and he did so without any hesitation or problem. Thank you again sir.

Such a fun place to walk around in. I love the fish and turtles! Zach, who works selling sunglasses, is friendly, nice, and helpful. If you can afford a nice high end pair of sunglasses this is your guy to go to. I hear that the military gets a discount. Thank you for your service, you deserve it! Good job Cabela's supporting our military. Fun fact, did you know that Cabela's started in Nebraska, my dad was roommates with one of the Cabela brother's. One brother goes to the other brother, "I have an idea to start this store, want to go in on it with me?" The brother says, "no, that is a crazy idea," well I am guessing he wished he went in on it now.

Steven in sports was so helpful in helping us decide which boat and motor suited our situation best. He was straightforward and honest and helped us immensely.

Just took the girls in for a free girl scout event. The guy was an excellent teacher! It's hard to get 6 preteen/teen girls to stop giggling and learn, but he did. They all left saying what a great time they had and how well they were able to shoot a bow! Thank you!

I found Cabelas to be neat they had all the animals on a mountain with their names. I bought some boots, I learned what composite boots are. Cabelas is like a little country town in one store like Walmart minus the country.

Love Cabela's. Even when it's slammed busy, it's easy to get a round. Great products and helpful employees. I wish it was at a better location, but it's fine and seems to work for everyone. I grew up in the valley. This location was the spot in the day with the mall. My dad used to work near where Wendy's is now. I remember Franklin when it was fields, long before the mall was built. The traffic is just terrible in this area on Franklin.

As wonderful as this store is, I've found it kinda boring sometimes. That has all changed. We took our almost 2 year old granddaughter to see Santa, and that was a hit. She loved it. The very best part, though, was walking through the store with her and seeing her see all of the animals for the first time. "OOoh bear" or "oooh deer" then Papa took her to see the fish and she just loved all of them. She was having such a delightful time. It reminded me that there is nothing boring about Cabela's unless you want it to be. Also they have great outdoor clothes and my husband loves everything. A+++

Loved going to this store. They had a great selection of clothes, especially women's clothes (my wife was happy). Will definitely be going back.
