Camille was my stylist and we found the PERFECT dress for my wedding. It was the third dress I tried on and it was absolutely stunning and in my price range! Camille was so nice and helpful! And the quality of the dresses were top tier. Way better than the 2 shops I looked at before! Thank you so much for your guys help!

BB Bridal was an excellent experience from start to finish! As a first-time wedding dress shopper, I came to my appointment with no expectations of finding a dress, but just wanting to start my shopping journey by having fun and seeing what my options were. Unbelievably, it was a one and done appointment! Every member of the staff is so friendly and supportive, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do! The selection of dresses is vast for both sizes and cost points. Every step of the appointment was curated around what I wanted as a person and a bride which made the process incredibly quick, easy, and productive.

I also want to genuinely thank my consultant Joncee for being so wonderful in adapting your sales methods to match my personality. You listened and paid such close attention to even my non direct preferences, and absolutely nailed it by pulling THE dress.

More importantly, you were so blunt and transparent about prices and costs of all things, knowing how important that was to me. I never envisioned spending so much on a dress (even though it is still so affordable in context!)... but you made the process so easy to find what I wanted, and being honest about other places I could save cost really tipped the scales for me.

Now - I'm SO looking forward to having a bespoke garment for the first time in my life, and I think at the end of the day, on our day, the value of that will pay dividends for me. THANK YOU!! 🎉❤🥂

Joncee & Amber were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can’t stress this enough. The whole BB bridal team is just amazing. As a first time bride and spending a whole day with not such great experiences at a couple other bridal stores I went to. Amber and Joncee took time to really listen to what I had envisioned!! She was attentive to detail and helped me narrow down what I was looking for! She was king and compassionate and shared my excitement with me. My experience at B.B. Bridal was absolutely amazing. I had previously tried on dresses at another store and there’s no comparison with the incredible time and customer service I received at B.B. Bridal! My consultant was Stephanie and she was so sweet and made my family and I feel so comfortable. I came in specifically wanting a black dress and I had more options than I expected! The private dressing room and bridal suite was a major plus, no feeling awkward in front of other parties. Stephanie even gave me the confidence to try on a fitted dress which is way out of my comfort zone but I felt amazing thanks to all the positive feedback! I said yes to the dress and could not be any happier, will definitely be recommending this boutique to future brides.

First time in B.B. Brial for wedding dress shopping and the experience was incredible! We were shopping for one of my sister’s wedding and from check-in to check- out it was an elevated, fun and professional experience. Tiarra was amazing she help me along the way to find my dress she hear my concerns and things I liked. It was supper easy while we narrowed down the style I loved the most. I loved how b.b bridal is transparent with their prices on each dress if that’s a concern of yours. I liked how they split the store from $2,000 or less and the other half $2,000 and up. If you’re a plus size bride to be they got you they have dresses that go up to a size 34. So don’t stress out they got your back.

I had an appointment with Tiarra and it was the most amazing experience. This was my first stop for wedding dress shopping and I can honestly say it was absolutely perfect. By the fourth dress I had tried on, I knew I had found the one. Tiarra was so wonderful to work with and pulled so many great options for me and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have found my dream dress. I cannot recommend BB-Bridal enough, this is the place to go! They are size inclusive and being a plus sized bride I was worried about my shopping experience, but it wasn’t even a concern with them. I am so glad I was able to have my wedding dress shopping experience with Tiarra and the BB-Bridal team.

I could not recommend BB Bridal more! This was my first time trying on dresses and I ended up finding my perfect dress. My consultant Sam was a GEM! She knew what I wanted in a dress even better than I did. She listened to my likes and dislikes, let me be brutally honest, and made sure me and my girls had so much fun. Sam also kept every dress she brought in within my budget so there wouldn’t be any surprises or disappointments with prices. I wish I could do the whole thing over again it was fantastic!

Our experience picking out our dress at BB bridal was great. Tiarra was such a great help and a big reason as to why The experience was so wonderful! She really listened to every part of what I wanted, the way the dress fit, what my hopes were to find and looking in our price range! BB bridal has a great selection of dresses. Having Tiarra as my bridal assistant truly MADE my experience. She made me feel
comfortable and at ease, and selected stunning dresses that made me feel SO beautiful. I had gone to a previous bridal shop early that day, and the difference in quality of the dresses AND the genuine customer service at BB Bridal are incomparable. I picked a dress that is definitely going to be to most precious and quality piece of fabric that I will ever put on my body in my lifetime. I felt the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in the dress I picked and I can’t wait to wear it in September! I felt beyond heard and cared for the entire time. I left feeling so excited and ready for my day! Tiarra you literally made my bridal experience, and I can’t tell you how much this positively impacted me! I left with my dress and gained a new friend! BB Bridal cares and it absolutely shows.

Fantastic experience for my daughter the bride. She explained what she wanted to Tiarra and she fell in love with the very first dress Tiarra brought in. Very upscale room, fun experience and Tiarra was so understanding and listened to all the plans and ideas my daughter had. We were in a private area closed off from others so it was a very special moment. Highly recommend BB. Big selection and a wide price point to choose from. She kept to our budget. Tiarra brought in all the details to get a really good look at how it will be on the big day.
