We came in because my husband’s phone was broken and not working correctly. Patrick went above and beyond to look into our plan and when he found out he was due for an upgrade he made sure he got all upgrades coming to him. We left feeling satisfied and my husband will now feel like his phone is up to where it should be. Patrick was pleasant and courteous and never made us feel like we were a bother.

Me and my wife had one of the best experiences with jhavon. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We will always do business with t-mobile as well as tell all our friends to bring their business there.

Sean & Andrew was absolutely amazing !! Very professional . Sean helped me transfer all my data , pictures ect. I was very apprehensive at first due to past experiences with staff at colonie location. But , today after working with Sean . I am happy , content and sure he knew exactly what he was doing ! I will recommend this location to friends and family . But , if your reading this go purchase you a phone and ask for Sean 😊. Did I also mention I was able to snag A FREE watch. Thank me later ...

Inside colonie center (not across) the absolute best! Andrew and Addison are life savers! This will be long but well worth your read. I share a family plan (with my entire family) and utilize 2 of the many lines. One of my lines was previously paid off and the second line was eligible for pay off, so I paid it off. After multiple calls because my bill still reflected the phone was not paid the rep assured me the phone was paid off and convinced me to open a new line and pay 50% for an iPhone SE. I did it. Now this is where it gets awful. I called to active the phone and was told the phone was attached to an existing in use line but was not an upgrade, so I needed to go into the store. The previous issue of the paid off phone was still not showing as paid either. I go into my local store, long story short they can’t help tell me to go to corporate store by men’s warehouse. I drive all the way to colonie but they are closed. I call back and speak with 3more reps, and another supervisor. No one can figure out what happened I have to go back into the store. I get to the T-Mobile next to men’s warehouse and my 8year old (who has a visible hole in his neck from a trach who just had his 3rd open heart surgery) doesn’t have a mask. Understanding I told Justin who was callous and rude that he had a medical condition and he couldn’t wear a mask. He told me it didn’t matter pointed to the ceiling and said it didn’t matter they “watch us” and we’d have to leave if I didn’t put a mask on my 8year old cardiac child with lung and airway disease.
I ended up at T-Mobile inside colonie center. Within 5-10 all but one of my issues were resolved. The last issue is going to the head of the store and I will have an update tomorrow. I’m completely satisfied and can not express how understanding they were to my phone situation and the kindness and empathy they had for my boy. I’d highly recommend. I will be making the drive to this store from here on out.

Service made easy!!! Sean was awesome!!! He was extremely helpful and welcoming. He made the transition to a new phone easy. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Jahvon was very insightful and helpful with me in purchasing the new s21 ultra 5G. Warned me of how there is no expandable memory and let me have a minute to make decision on note for said reason. Very helpful.

We went to another TMobile, purchased a phone and they couldn’t/wouldn’t do a data transfer. James at TMobile in the mall was awesome- he helped us out immediately and was happy to do so! This is true customer service! Thank you James!
