Laura, my sales associate was amazing! She was so friendly and very informative. She really knew her stuff. She explained the process of buying the product, my options and she did it all with a smile. I love my new washer and dryer! The delivery guys were great as well- very friendly and they took good care with my new appliances. Thanks everyone!

We had an amazing experience today! We were treated with respect and did not feel like we were being pushed into buying at all! My husband and I both have been rebuilding our credit and weren’t sure if we would be able to get approved for what we were needing but we did get it, and MORE! We were approved for more than we expected and we were able to also get a computer that we were wanting! Claire, Matt and the manager David were all so pleasant! I will be recommending them to any and everyone that I know needing any home furnishings or appliances!

Laura was great, We walked in about 30 minutes before closing, with a huge emergency. Our fridge gave out out of nowhere and needed help immediately. Laura was kind and patient she didn't mind staying a few more minutes past her shift and gave us the time to look around.

James was awesome! Very helpful and took his time to explain the products & buying process. Top-notch customer service!

I have bought a TV, Table and chairs, Sony Stackable washer and Dryer, and 2 dishwashers. I love Conn’s because you can prequalify for credit. Makes it really easy to decide what you want. I always choose the LakeWorth Store even though it is not the closest Conn’s to my house because I have never been treated rude or made feel uncomfortable. My salesperson today James went above and beyond to make sure I got the fairest price possible. I appreciate that so much. Conn’s my go to place for furniture or appliances.

Laura was very informative about the process & made it easy to understand what I am required to do with my purchase. I heard she’s going to be a pilot soon.

My experience was amazing! The associate Max Managram went above and beyond to be courteous and assist us to make sure that we were satisfied. Max is the type of associate that needs to be duplicated and he is a valuable asset to CONNS!
