I went to this location today to get a washer and dryer and Gary was so helpful! He answered all of our questions and his advice ended up saving us a lot of money. He spent a while working with us, giving us his undivided attention and making sure we got our moneys worth. Thanks Gary!

My hubby was in this store yesterday and was helped by a person in appliances to buy a refrigerator. This person was very helpful. Kudos to Bobby and Adrien who delivered the refrigerator to our house. My husband was very impressed with the way they brought it in the house and installed it.

Lowe's. It's the home improvement store. Much better option for a home DIYer than home Depot. Selection is easy to navigate and find what you need. Help is abundant and always willing to go above and beyond. They have a great plant selection for your garden or indoor needs. Online order is quick especially for in store pick up.

I love Lowe's, especially two in the Fort Worth (Texas) area, one off Quebec and 820 in Lake Worth, and the other off 183 in White Settlement.
Although they're both really good, the specific one I'm reviewing is particularly amazing because of the staff they choose.
The store is impeccable, always fully stocked, the staff is helpful, and there are always plenty of people working if I have any questions.
The store is well-organized, too, and I can always find what I need to complete a project. When I struggle, I have always managed to find an employee with knowledge who can think out of the box to offer alternative suggestions to help me successfully complete my projects.
Returns are seamless, too, and they will go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of and leave with a smile.
I also love that Lowe's has the MVP program for pros and businesses to track my purchases and make returns easier.
Cashiers are also friendly and helpful, too, and never fail to offer to get help to load my larger or bulky items.
Most of their staff have been there a very long time and are invested in making the store operate smoothly.
I work on home construction projects and actually love coming here. It makes my jobs so much more pleasant to have everything I need ready to go!

Was looking for one of those electric fly killers that look like a tennis racquet. Lady at customer service pointed me to a far wall, and as I was looking for the item, in vain, a second employee came up asking if I was the one looking for the fly killer. She showed me exactly where they were. Well impressed. Second employee was quite pretty, as a bonus.

This is the BEST Lowe's store in the entire world. That's right! You may not believe it (and neither do I) but it's true! I'm amazed at the endless possibilities of home improvement every time I visit.

But seriously though the hotdog/sausage stand at the front of the store is the real MVP. Always hits the spot.

Clean store, helpful and attentive team members. Lovely flowers, which is what I came for! I petted a cute dog there too. Which I love that you allow fur babies!

Thanks for all your help Gary. I was sent to pick out some things for my bathroom repair busted septic line and toliet. he helped me decide and get things needed to do install and then loaded them in my car. I can't thankyou enough for your help.

When I asked for help they did not make me wait forever . Very courteous and didn't act like it was a problem to help out . Great customer service

Lowe’s has a better selection of some categories (lamps etc.) than the Depot so ck here too. Great garden center, it’s huge.

I want to give a big SHOUTOUT to the guy at the loading station Daymon, this man needs to be recognized. Super friendly nice and had a great a great attitude. I bought 50 bags of mulch and needed to come back but I didn’t think I would make it back in time and he went the extra mile and waited for me so that I had the help loading everything up. Thank you Damon for all your help I wish we could find more people like you in the world we live in !!!

We looked online before purchasing our mailbox. When we got to the store, it was as listed, as well as some other things we had on our list. Very friendly staff.

Went to get a water filter, the saleswoman was able to get the part I needed.

It's clean and well organized for me anyway and they have plenty of handicap parking. I like shopping here it's convenient.

Carl in the door department was great today…. He was very helpful and explained all options that were available for a back and front door. Never tried to force a sale on us and had open ears with all our questions. It’s rare these days to get that kind of service.. I did appreciate the great experience I had today… I will return to purchase the outside glass door from this location as I drove from Burleson to Lake Worth.

Came here to get wood cut after trying my luck at Home Depot. Night and day difference. Juan was the gentleman who helped me cut some 2x4s and he was both professional and quick. The entire process was about 30 minutes from going into the store to checkout, and the prices were much better for lumber than at Home Depot. This is both a good Lowe's location and a better option than the nearest Home Depot. Props to Juan for a job well done!

I went there today to shop for a new dishwasher. Alix was amazing with assisting me with all of my questions. I went in there looking for one particular dishwasher and she was able to give me the pros and cons of it and showed me additional dishwashers within my budget. I ultimately made a selection and I'm looking forward to my new dishwasher!

Floor associates were very helpful and friendly. They approached me to help. I didn't have to go looking for them. Good selection of products. Cashiers are friendly and self check associates are on top of their game.

It's a nice touch that they have parking for veterans. I really appreciate that.
