7/11/24 manager Seth was amazing and went over and beyond!! Not very many manager would do that. With the short wait for food I was Observing Seth and his team today they all worked together and did a great job switching breakfast to lunch! Everyone being pleasant with a smile in a stressful time. Thank you!

This McDonald's is always busy! The workers work so hard. Most of the time there is a guy at the first window and he is so cool. Very polite. He will chit chat with you if you get stuck at that window. It's the first one you come to.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Great job serving us. At 11AM we hit them with a jeep invasion. About 20 Jeeps. When I say they were fast they we're Jimmy John fastest. 30 mins we were all done eating and heading out. Outstanding work guys. We will be back don't know when but I know they will be just as good.

Where does a pirate get her lunch? At the golden arrrgh-ches. All jokes aside, I'm a local and I love this McDonald's. I especially love their double filet of fish sandwich, just lettuce, and fries. After a day of being the pirate in the area for South Haven guests, it's a great stop for a quick meal. The staff are great, the food is always fresh and made well, and they treat you amazingly whether you're a local or vacationing. If you are looking for something quick, the line wraps around the building for a reason, it's fast service and worth it.

Best service and was a great place with plenty of room for me to pull in with my work truck and 16 foot dump trailer and make it all the way around the drive through with no issues.

The drive thru line was long and the lobby was full of people but our food came out fast and was fresh!

Food was made perfectly, quickly. The drive thru line went quickly. Bagel sandwich was made exactly how I like it!

The fries were hot and so were the hamburgers! The man who brought our order to curbside was so smiley and warm! And we saved about $3.50 using the app!

This McDonald's is Hands down the BEST McDonald's I've been to in this state! Excellent customer service, and best McDonald's food I had a egg Mcmuffin no meat and it was perfect, my sister got a bagel and she says it was magnificent masterpiece of deliciousness! Not used to such great service THANK YOU!!

Drive thru was surprising fast. Employees super friendly and food was fresh

We ordered on the kiosk then waited for our food, all of the staff was very friendly One of the counter people caught a mistake before we were given our food. We were happy with the service.

Nice place to take the kids on cold or rainy days. Clean and very nice play area for kids

This location is on point! At least they were when we visited. When we got there, there was a line in the drive-through, but that line went fast, and our order was correct! Both cashier's were nice and professional, and our food and drinks were fresh and delicious! Fast food is still a dining experience people pay for with their hard earned money, and it was refreshing to see this McDonald's acknowledging that by providing quality services and yummy meals 🙂.

So, it's after a fireworks display nearby and this McD drive thru is PACKED! However... This location was ready for the challenge of endless cars with hungry people in 'em. We were through the entire process and back off the property waiting to merge back into traffic in 8 minutes! And here is the really nice outcome. We ordered a LOT and they got the order correct! VERY impressed with this particular location. Outstanding service!

Showed up at lunch rush and had both lines nearly to the entrance. They moved beyond quick and once we ordered we were essentially gone. Food was excellent and as ordered! Much better than what you typically expect at a mcdonalds even more so lately.

Some McDonald's are rated differently because of taste or service, but in my opinion, it was better than most McDonald's, but the line for the drive thru at this location is usually long.

I go through the drive thru here at least twice a week. The employees are great, my fries are almost always hot, and my order is always right. I think this is a great McDonald's!
