Just wanted to give Charlie a shout out! Went in with a bad battery, he gave me all my options (even those outside of his store) and explained them thoroughly. Had excellent product and vehicle knowledge. Even installed the battery even though I could have easily done it myself. 10/10 service! Thank you Charlie, we’ll be back. You can’t put a price tag on peace of mind.

I visited the store to buy a single 20 amp mini fuse for my car, fearing I'd have to get a 20-pack. Charlie, the store attendant, exceeded my expectations with exceptional customer service. He delved into his toolkit and generously provided two fuses for free.

Charlie's dedication was remarkable; he could have easily rung up my purchase and returned to processing a commercial order. Unbeknownst to him, my company has a fleet of nearly 20 vehicles with various equipment. Thanks to Charlie's exceptional service, we've decided to exclusively rely on him and his team for our automotive needs.

Super helpful with my wiper. The internet was not a mtch with my vehicle, and the associate found the proper part for it and installed it in two minutes!

Great customer service!! Needed to clean my wheels of severe brake dust. The rep at the store walked me straight to the products AND reviewed brands with me. I chose the one I felt most effective for the tough job ahead of me and I was shown the brush and rags I would need EXCELLENT customer interaction!

Sarah is an AWESOME commercial manager. She takes care of her customers, and I witnessed her greet every customer that came in. She was also mopping, making sure her store was clean. It smelled and looked cleaner than other establishments I've been to. 💯 👌🏾👍🏾

My experience was great. I was there on a Saturday afternoon. The sales associate found my items for me, was in a good mood, made me laugh over a situation I was dealing with over my car. He was nice enough to walk me through changing my brake lights verbatim so I wouldn't make any foolish mistakes during installation. Appreciate you guys!

My car has high mileage so it burns oil and I stop at this advanced auto parts all the time. Today I was taken care of by Charlie the GM who gave me a killer deal on the oil I bought and matched the competitors price and I didn’t even ask for it. How many businesses do that? Absolutely STELLAR customer service. I had a bad battery and needed it replaced asap. I visited two other parts stores without success (for a common battery). I called this store and Sarah told me that they had the battery and would be able to change it for me. When I got there, she was amazing. She helped me get the right battery and for a good price and made sure she explained everything and tested my car. I know that it is not a super difficult process to change a car battery but her and Charlie's, who actually changed my battery, attitude was so helpful and really nice that it turned my stressful morning around. Popped in to replace a blown headlight. Another store had told me it wasn't the light bulb but the wiring. The manager at this location was able to determine it WAS the bulb due to a faint fog that he saw. Said due to moisture getting into the housing surrounding the bulb.Smart man, guess why he's the store manager.

Manager replaced both 💡 in 5 min got me on my way. Allowing me to safely travel again. THAT is customer service. His associate Jeffrey was also a huge help and as it turned out was my neighbor!

My first visit to Advanced Auto. Charlie and Sarah were over the top. Soooo very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to find and order exactly what I needed for my car. Going forward, that is my store. Thank you Sarah and Charlie.!! You are the best!!!

I had a battery that needed replaced,and the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was nice to my husband and I as well. We have bought many items here over the years and have had no problems. Definitely recommend.

I have shopped Advanced Auto Parts and Discount Auto Parts long before their merger back in the early 2000's, in both Florida and Georgia.
Yesterday I called this store to verify that they were participating in a current promotion. I was given a quick affirmative response, was thanked for the call and told they were looking forward to my visit.
Walking in the store, I was greeted by 3 store members and asked if I needed any help. During my time in the store I saw the interaction of the store members with other customers in the store, as well as with those on the phone. Everyone was treated with the same great customer service. The guys seemed to enjoy their job and genuinely wanted to help their customers. A very refreshing experience. I plan to return to this store.

I went to this location a few days ago & Jeremy helped me in getting a new headlight bulb for my car. He was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, & personal. I went in having no clue what I was doing but he helped me select the correct bulb & also helped install it. Definitely the kind of service I would pay a premium for!

Very nice customer service. They have a wide selection of radiator leak repair solvents. Was able to find exactly what I needed and fast. In and out of the store in under 5 minutes.

These guys are top-notch! Great customer service. I dealt with Austin today and he got my battery diagnosed and replaced in under 15 minutes! I have purchased parts for my father's GMC here and they've always been able to help me get the right parts.

Great staff and service that go above and beyond for every customer. Each person that walked in during my visit was greeted and assisted in a timely manner. Rico took the time to help me distinguish which headlight needed changing, installed it , AND cleaned my battery ports which was much needed and appreciated .

What an awesome staff! I stopped by on my lunch break about a week ago and right when I walked in I was greeted by two employees! I have been meaning to clean my car up for a while, but I wasn't sure what to get and an employee named Herman helped me to get a few products that really worked. I will definitely be coming back!

I came to this location on Sunday, 7/19/20. My check engine light was on and I needed the test done to read the code. I was informed by Calvin that because of Covid, the employees are unable to come work in the vehicles. --Makes sense. But he was informative on what could have caused the light to come on and that put my mind at ease. I appreciate the positive customer service.
