AT&T Store

I had the best experience in this store. The staff was friendly and was transparent in their service. Store is also situated in an upscale shopping area, so you're tempted to stay longer and enjoy the ovrrall experience and surroundings.

So much easier than calling customer service support, literally had a issue lasting weeks till today. Appreciate the service & the best part everything was handled under 30 minutes. Amazing team 🫡

Good service is so hard to come by. Great service is near unheard of. So imagine my astonishment when I received some of the best service ever from the team @ AT&T Peachtree Corners. Knowledgeable, efficient and so much personality: Nolee is really the jewel of this spot. THANK YOU GUYS for helping me get my upgrades handled. ♥♥♥

This guy absolutely saved my life. I thought I was gonna be hacked and ruined. He went through all my accounts and helped me you’ve got a fantastic employee I would hire him in a heartbeat thank you AT&T for having such confident employees Robin McMahan.

Upon entering the store I was greeted with friendly hello’s how May we help you. Mr. D. Revill was very knowledgeable and explained all my concerns to me. I have been with AT&T for quite sometime I just wish that for loyal customers we would get more perks like coupons, % off, a pay your bill rewards card. This store was once on the back side of the Forum hidden from shoppers but know it is noticeable and vibrant.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this AT&T team (store manager and Anthony)!

We switched 3 iPhones and 2 i-Watches over from Verizon and they couldn’t have been more helpful as it was a process, especially the i-watches when you don’t have the right passcodes :)

The patience and thinking outside the box from the two of them got us all squared away and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Again, we had an absolutely great experience and recommend them to everyone!

Kelvin and Trey were fantastic in helping out my mom getting her new service and upgrade. Very patient and understanding. They answered all of our questions and took out the time to explain everything to her. Thank you Kelvin and Trey!

Really nice and friendly guys here, they were able to find me a plan that I wanted and helped me set everything up.

My man Anthony done hooked a girl up. His customer service is AMAZING!!! I can truly tell that he is a natural at doing his work and that he is dedicated.

Also, Josh the manager. He was willing to help my mom out even though she didn’t come to this direct store, with the issue she is having.

Josh was extremely helpful and insightful in guiding me to the cellphone upgrade that was right for my usage. Then Josh prepared the phone, transferred the data from old to new phone, and showed me how to use new features. Excellent!
