Horry Georgetown Bookstore

I’m a student at HGTC. I live out of county, I called the bookstore to get assistance with my books before deadline. The guy answered the phone put me on hold never came back. Until I said hello, and he comes back on the phone saying “ I might as well call back because he has a big line”, and hung up on me. Without at least finding out what I want. This is definitely rude and bad customer service.

Both Google and store hours on the door for the bookstore says 9:00 to 4:00. I arrived quarter to 3:00 everything was locked up No way to get in anywhere. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time. Have a Merry Christmas

Don’t waste your time if you want to be helped- nobody knows anything, most of the books on back order, if you pay out of pocket and want an Amazon price match ( it is a big sign on the wall that they do price match)- forget about it because stuff will find any possible and impossible reason not to.
