Good McDonald's with nice layout and decor in an easy to access area of Myrtle Beach off of Business 17. Usually clean. Nice properly trained employees most days. Self serve soda machines.

It was great every time I've ever been to that McDonald's the food is always been hot and fresh you don't wait long and good customer service

Best McDonald's I have ever been to supper clean and good fast service

I hot a bogo 1/4 pounder with cheese and no bun. I am on a clean keto lifestyle. The first bite into my burger was so good. The person who fixed it seasoned it the way McDonald's burgers are supposed to be made. After I finished my meal . I went back up to the counter and expressed my gratitude for the person who fixed my meal. I got a high five from the manager. The young lady who fixed my meal had a big smile on her face. I know we don't thank people enough when they do a good job. If your meal is good, thank them. The next person will be glad you did. God bless. Go make a difference in someone's life today

Today I see 5 young men running the place. 1 of them took my order and another brought my food to the table. Both were very polite and professional.
Today everything here seems to be running flawlessly!!

The food was fresh and hot! The service was fast and friendly.

Food was served hot. Inside was clean.
Need to pay closer attention to the self serv area. Straw container empty, napkin holder empty. Counter needs cleaning. I know, some people don't care to clean up after themselves.

For the first I went to a McDonald’s and had a great experience! The manager was working hard to make sure his employees were running a tight ship! I appreciate it and it didn’t go unnoticed! Good job McDonald’s!

I wasn't able to sleep so after using the elliptical & showering...I went & grabbed breakfast with the $5 breakfast reward!

20 pc nuggets were hot and fresh and a great deal! Service was a little slow but it was lunchtime so that can happen anywhere.

Jessica was working the drive thru, and she could tell I was having a rotten Evening. She reached out to my hand blessed me told me to hang in there that she love me and everything was gonna be OK. It’s not often in today’s world that a stranger reaches out and touch your heart. Best employee ever best McDonald’s

My wife hamburger was under done almost raw still made us pay for it should have offee free food and money back she was sick for 4 daya

Very friendly staff super clean

Customer service is AMAZING! It was sooo busy at about 9pm on 5/4/21, and it appeared they were short staffed, as the manager was working the drive-thru pick up window and operating one drive-thru speaker. The lady that got my order and took care of me at the pay window was exceptionally friendly! The manager, also, was friendly and apologized for my wait. The only complaint I have is that the cheeseburgers were a little sloppily thrown together; however, they still tasted great, per usual! We are from out of state, and this was the best one we've been to in a long time!

Jessica who works the drive through waited on me today and absolutely made my week. Her customer service skills are on point and she is just the Sweetest. You have an absolute gem working for you and you should give her a big raise and promotion. Thank you Jessica!!!
