I LOVE my Kayak pool! They came and installed it in one day and I was able to make payments on it. It is like having a vacation at home. So many family gatherings and awesome memories made at my pool. The customer service is amazing and always there for you if you need anything at all! Even when you call the pool catalog to order appliances, they already have all your information on your pool and can easily assist. I’ve had mine for about 2 yrs and no complaints at all! Best investment I ever made!

We love our Kayak pool. The process was seamless from purchasing to installation. Our installation crew, Chris and his team arrived early and worked nonstop. They were professional and overall very nice and personable. End result was amazing. This was the best pool option for us and a great investment into our home. Amazing pool ! I can not believe how easy it is to use salt water! The team at my local kayak is always helpful and complete any requests in a timely manner! The construction process was so quick . Built in one day , swimming by day 2 . You will not be disappointed if you purchase a kayak! We had ours for 4 years. I could not live without it now!!!!❤

We have owned our Kayak pool for 28 years. It is a very high quality product. The aluminum deck has withstood our winters very well. The bottom drain makes it very easy to take care of. You will spend less time worrying about cleaning and more time relaxing and enjoying your pool compared to other pools. Your kayak pool will be the center of many fun pool parties. Different deck options make customizing your pool easy. When we sell our home we know the next family will enjoy the pool as much as we have! Even our pup enjoys our Kayak pool!!

Our 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with an incredibly rare, metastatic cancer in which she was in the 1% of. She endured multiple surgeries, chemotherapies, and plenty of lymphedema in her legs.

When this started we had a Kayak pool installed in hopes that the movement and joy would be a good mental and physical therapy for her.

We realized that planning a pool was maybe too big of an undertaking with all the details that would be involved and her health issues at the same time.

We were WRONG! The employees at Kayak got behind our family and they made EVERYTHING SO easy! The paperwork was simple. Delivery was so fast. Their installers were phenomenal. Hard working, detail oriented, kind, and all around a wonderful group of men.

When we had questions about chemicals and EVEN at the end of the year when we had questions about how to winterize and what to buy KAYAK was there. They made phone calls to us. They sent videos to help. Sent chemicals to our home. They have made everything SO easy during the most painful and challenging year of our life.

There was NO maintenance! We kept the frog filled with minerals and the pool stayed beautiful!

When our daughter had no strength and couldn't be around others, she had her own oasis at home that brought us all quality time and joy. Not to mention the physical therapy benefits alone throughout her many surgeries and recoveries. The mental health impacts were huge as this got her smiling and gave her some sense of normalcy.

The quality of the pool ALONE is worth it. But, the fact that Kayak remains present and helpful EVERYTIME we need them, AFTER the sale is incredible. You don't get that kind of customer service and value anywhere these days.

We researched many different pools and Kayak had the best price, features, quality and warranty of any we looked at. Having the deck installed along with the pool was a great option. The fence around the pool with a self closing and locking gate makes security a no brained. The ease of maintenance with the frog chlorine system is wonderful. We highly recommend the Kayak Pool company.

My first contact was Mary and she is awesome! Flexible with setting an appointment to come out to give information and discuss different packages. She explained the process thoroughly and I took the leap the day she came out! Tina helped me next and she is awesome, never made me feel like I was bugging her and I had tons of questions! The ability to text and get fast responses was the best. The crew that did our install was great and the quality of this pool surpasses my expectations. From beginning to end it was a little over a month which is amazing to me! No buyers remorse here! After having a kayak pool as a kid in the 80’s, I was happy to discover the new “modern” version of today. It has brought back so many fond memories for me and now I create new ones with my family and friends. The buying process was so simple and the installers did such a wonderful job. The maintenance was way easier than I could’ve imagined and I thank all the staff for being so professional and giving me a piece of my childhood back.

We installed a Kayak pool a few tears back and it changed my families lives. We no longer go to pool parties, we host them. Staying home in the summer is our favorite thing to do. We installed a heater which greatly increases the length of the season. A Kayak pool is so well built and insulated that our pool is warm enough to swim for 7 months. Last year during a winter storm a huge tree branch fell in our pool and broke the liner, they had it repaired first thing in spring. If this was a inground pool the cost would have been huge, and if it was any other above ground pool it would have totally been destroyed. I have nothing but the highest regards for this company and there product.

We had wanted a pool last year, but due to the pandemic there were none from our local companies, and again this year in May we were too late. We reached out to Kayak and from the first communication we had an excellent experience. The sales person, Jim Herrington, was knowledgeable mapping out the pool in the backyard and informing us of what the village would probably be concerned with, such as distance from property line or shed. Jim made an appointment with us quickly after the first phone call and always answered our questions afterward as well. He provided a standard packet that included wiring requirements and a checklist so we would know what we needed to contribute (sand, permits, electrical work etc.). We transitioned over to Tina in the office once the pool was ordered from the factory. Tina has excellent Customer Service skills! She communicated via TEXT message which was extremely convenient. She kept us updated on the pool ETA and in fact it was ready 2 weeks earlier than the estimate. Any question I had, I knew I could ask Tina and get a same day answer. The installer arrived and he had 30 years experience installing Kayak pools, so he knew what he was doing. Frank is laconic and he works like a machine. Frank gave us good advice on maintenance and he had the pool installed in 4 days. He didn't leave until it had water in it. We LOVE our pool. The grandkids love that it has a deck all the way around, and we have enjoyed a month of swimming we otherwise would not have had on these very hot 86 degree days. It's an investment, but for us this was the perfect improvement for our home. Thank you to the Kayak Team out of Lancaster NY!

I specifically want to do a shout out to Chris Miller and his installation team! They put in a 32' x 15' swimming pool with a deep end into my backyard in about 8 hours. There was custom work done to fit in my existing heater right here on the spot by his very experienced team.

We love our Kayak pool! Overall our experience was wonderful! The pool is amazing! We had it installed late last summer! We have enjoyed our pool the entire season! We even put in a heater so we can extended our season! What sold us with this product is the decking that goes around the pool! It looks stunning and is very easy to maintain! Frank and his crew were amazing, they really work hard and efficiently! Tina, helped with all the organizing and questions we had! Even the workers that answer the phones from the catalog number are very knowledgeable and helpful!
