Majestic Pools

Scott and Rob were a pleasure to work with! His attention to detail and making sure the pool was completely operational was his main focus. So often today, the focus is to hurry up and get on to the next job at the cost of the current job. He was very thorough explaining what to do over the next 72 hours to ensure a crystal clear for the remainder of the season. Many thanks to Rib, Scott, and Majestic Pools.

Alvin and Tyler did a great job of removing and replacing our old pool heater! They removed the old heater and installed the new one with no issues! Alvin then showed my wife and I how to operate the heater! The work area was cleaned up and the heater works great!!! Awesome job guys!! Thank you so much!!

Excellent, efficient install of a new Raypac pool heater. Heater was installed within a week of ordering via phone call. Impressive given the busy start up pool season. Price of heater and install was very competitive. I highly recommend Majestic for all pool service.

I was having trouble with my salt generator on my built in pool. Scott and Rob came out within 2 days and made a quick repair. They were very knowledgeable and very polite. Always a pleasure working with Majestic Pools.

Majestic Pools did an excellent job for me. When I started my pool system, the heater wasn’t working and they promptly came to my house, fixed it in one visit, and got my pool back in order. Majestic has opened and closed our in-ground pool for over a decade. We have always appreciated the quality work and friendly spirit of their crews. There are several years in which timely repairs or replacements of key components were warranted, such as a new pool heater, and we were glad they did, as the old one would never have made it through the short Buffalo summer season!

Scott and Lucas did an amazing job and were great to work with great to work with for the first opening of our pool we put in with Majestic last year. They were great at communicating with us leading up to our appointment and very helpful in educating us on what was needed after the pool opening. We were very happy with the service. Thank you!

Scott, Ethan, and Sean were here to install my new pool cover on 8/29/23. Because of the age of the first cover (1998), it was quite a challenge to get the new cover on while still using the existing grommets. Their patience and knowledge of their craft was way beyond anything I would have been able to do by myself. Great Crew! Outstanding Job!!!

Zach and Collin were out today to install a new salt sanitation system. They were fantastic. Very professional and informative on how the new system works. We’ve been had our poll installed and serviced by Majestic since 2004.

I've had a Majestic pool for over 30 years. The service I've received is fantastic. They open and close my pool each year. Scott, Ethan and Sean were very friendly and efficient. Great company

Sean and Carlos came and installed a new pump for me today, and were quick, efficient and great fun! They handled my stress and were very reassuring. I give them an A+!!

Scott and Lucas showed up on time and completed our pool opening quickly. Scott pointed out some problems on the ladder and railing cups and reported it to the office for repair. Not unexpected on a 34 year old pool from Majestic. There was evident corrosion the last two years. I received a call the next day to confirm and get into the repair schedule. I was very happy with the service.

Mike came and fixed the heater efficiently and he was a very pleasant person. Thanks for getting here so fast. Love Majestic pools!
