Kevin and Delby open to my pool yesterday. They came at about 1:00 p.m. and we're done about 3:00. They were extremely thorough. When my cover was taken off, the pool was more dirty than I recall seeing it. I was shocked because normally it looks a lot cleaner. I was concerned that my new plaster would be perminently discolored but they assured me it would be fine. But to my surprise within an hour the pool was sparkling.
They even did a nice job cleaning part of my deck, esp the part that is under the pool cover. The guys were very pleasant. And because I had my pool was refinished last summer and deck redone, with the majority of new equipment, Kevin had to go over a number of things with me as I videotaped him.
I was surprised it didn't take longer. But they were real efficient they took off my cover that had brushed it clean prior to taking it off and then they folded it up and put it in the bag and moved it to the garage after it had drained a bit.

By the way, Beauty Pools have been servicing the pool since the 70s.

Our pool was opened this morning by Jay and his associate - they were on-time (actually early), courteous, and professional. They answered all my questions and actually cleaned up before leaving. We have used Beauty Pools for many years for our service needs and the one time we tried a competitor it was a disaster. I highly recommend Beauty Pools. They’re great.

Everyone at Beauty has been great. Our pool turned out perfect beyond expectations. Bob was great through the beginning sales stages, Matt was very thorough through construction. Bill also was nice to work with who manages maintenance once the pool is opened. All of the other employees were excellent to work with as well. B&W was also great to work with who do their concrete. Highly recommend

I am just writing a review for the guys who opened our pool. Chris Dobrzenski and his partner did an amazing job opening our pool. They cleaned everything really good and were very respectful with the equipment. This was team was very outstanding. Best team we had in years to open our pool.

Beauty has been servicing our Beauty-built pool for over 15 years. Their quality has been outstanding - the pool has held up very well all these years, with no issues at all with the tile or the structure. The service we receive is prompt and professional. We've never had an issue other than, after 15 years, our waterfall motor died. They fixed it quickly and very reasonably. Overall, I would recommend Beauty to anyone looking to build or service a pool. They are, by far, the best pool company in Western New York. Ask for Tom or Adam. They get you serviced quickly.

I can always count on Beauty Pools for their expertise, punctuality, and terrific service. And today was no exception. Chip, and his partner, opened our pool. Chip took the time to explain, and answer all my questions. (He even answered questions for my neighbor lol). Chip is knowledgeable, polite, and most importantly, he left with me knowing the pool was in good working condition. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Kevin and team were awesome! Kevin was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer my questions. He is very detailed oriented and customer focused. Things don’t always go according to plan, but Kevin is able to handle all the different situations and solve any problems in front of him. Overall this one of the best opening experiences I have had.

Jay and Chris handled our pool opening today. Jay has been doing this work at our home for several years, and he is always friendly. They both worked carefully and efficiently to complete the job. Jay and Chris were also helpful, offering to move the winter cover to the shed where it is stored over the swim season.

Kevin and crew are consistently knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful year after year with the opening and closing of our Beauty Pool. Gives instructions of how to proceed with care of the pool once open. We have also hired them for weekly cleaning which was very helpful during a busy summer. Thank you guys!!

The guys who opened the pool this year were very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning up. I have had Kevin here for the last few years and he is always very nice and courteous. Thank you for your good service

This is our 2nd year with our pool, we cant speak highly enough about everyone at beauty pools. They ate professional, answer any questions, made sure everything was working how it should. Chip and his partner opened our pool this year. They were here early and did not waste anytime. They were great!

They did a full pool renovation for us. They were completely transparent on the pricing, and help us “value engineer” it to get the most for our money. They were also good when there were the inevitable issues with a big project. They helped us figure out how to solve as stress free as possible. And Bob gave us a pool cleaner!

Jon was very attentive and helpful when opening our pool. He answered any questions we had and took the time to show us everything! We appreciated him taking the extra time to come back when we had more questions as well.

Pickup for my installer, had a bad in the box liner. It happens. Just to save time. I ran for it. Signed freight bill they loaded it and I was out and on my way back. Nice people 👍 installed and filled next day.

Chip and his partner did a great job opening my pool this spring. Any questions I had were answered and he kept in communication with me on how things were going. Chip went above and beyond to pick up a couple items the pool needed at the Beauty store too. Thank you!

Both technicians did a great job opening our pool and even had to come back a second time during the day to replace a heater switch. 10 out of 10 rating for them!

Beauty Pools is currently installing my inground pool and we are set to be finished by the end of next week; just in time for the season! They have done an incredible job, are quick to respond, easy to talk to and have made this a seamless project. My family had a Beauty Pools pool growing up, and its been installed at my parents house for 14 years with no hiccups.
