I took some estate items into Johnny’s Lakeshore Jewelry for appraisals and repairs and they were great. Spent a lot of time with me, walked through each piece and gave great advice. Very professional and trustworthy. Small town retailer with big city amenities. Highly recommend!

Johnny's is awesome! They are the best for jewelry and jewelry repairs all around. We bought our wedding rings here, as well as a gorgeous watch. They also serviced two delicate, gold Hawaiian heirloom bracelets...I wouldn't trust anyone else for these repairs. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience shopping for some special anniversary jewelry with Sarah and Wayne. They were patient, answered loads of questions and let us try on anything. I was so impressed that they had loose stones in many sizes on hand so we’d know exactly what we were getting.

The order was placed, the timing was exactly as quoted, and the pieces are stunning.

I have been doing business with Johnny's Lakeshore Jeweler for a few years and my grandparents before me, but i recently purchased an engagement ring from Derrick and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! Quality products! He is incredibly helpful and kind and knowledgeable, and makes you feel well taken care of. I found a necklace on Johnny's Lakeshore Jewelery's website that I wanted to get my wife for our anniversary. My issue was I could not get a good idea of the size of the necklace from the website image so I reached out for some assistance and the staff was very helpful in getting me some additional images to help me make my decision. I had damage to a piece I purchased from them. This damage had nothing to do with them or their workmanship. I live over an hour away. They had me mail them my item.
