Hello to Dr. Shanahan and his team. When I was diagnosed I prayed about which doctor I needed to go too. And I’m so grateful that God led me to your office years ago to meet my health needs. You and your team are so amazing. Excellent customer service with a positive atmosphere. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the great work. We pray Gods blessings upon you, your team and family. Dr. Shanahan is my favorite doctor ever. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, going to many different doctors over the past 25 years. While many of them were polite, they didn’t really listen to what I was telling them or they just didn’t have the capability of understanding what was really going on.
Dr. Shanahan figured out what is wrong with me and explained why the other doctors had such a hard time diagnosing it. Everyone in his office is polite and engaging. I have always hated doctor appointments, I look forward to going to these!! That speaks volumes. If you need a rheumatologist, don’t look any further. Make an appointment here. Do it. Do it.

Dr. Shanahan’s office is a blessing. From the check in, nurses/medical assistant, Doctor, lab tech & check out they are top notch & strive to be there for the patient. Dr. Shanahan is a pleasant & knowledgeable person to talk to & he takes time for each patient. He treats each patient like no one else matters @ that time. He listens to each question & responds accordingly. Can’t say it enough everyone in that office that I have come in contact with has been beyond helpful & caring.

I called this doctor's office because i had gotten a referral from my primary care doctor to see Dr. Shanahan. They told me to fax my referral and medical records to them. so my primary care doctor did that. After I knew they did that I called them back. They did not even call me back. They called my primary care doctor and they told them they could not take me as a patient. That they screened people before taking them. I was referred by one of his patients saying that he was a very good doctor and that he really cared. I strongly disagree. They did not even call me back they had my primary care doctor's office call me and tell me they would not take my referral.
