Our family had just moved to Arizona and were in need of new furniture to furnish our new home. Upon looking around we quickly realized our options were websites or big box
stores; until we found Norwood Furniture.

Well, it’s been a few years and WOW did we score big with Norwood Furniture!!
Our home is everything we had hoped to come true. We have well constructed, furniture - couch, recliners, chairs, lamp and wall clock and a beautiful king sized dual control bed, as well as plantation shutters throughout . Our furniture is from the latest designers and with our own personal design consultant, who was remarkable. We are proud to say we have a gorgeous living space; many thanks to all those involved, from Dena the receptionist, Ray of Customer Service, Maria and Todd, Design Consultants, and the unnamed delivery service personnel.

Lastly, I had an issue with an accessory and the customer service representative,Ray drove to our home making an incidental repair onsite-find that type of personalized service anywhere else.

After all this— you’ll be just as pleased with your furniture and accessories; you’ll be never doubtful you made the best decision and be a permanent customer for life as we are. So happy to have a great ongoing relationship and experience with every purchase. Linda L

I have purchased various items from Norwood over the years. Most recently, I knew I wanted new living room furniture but was not sure exactly what I wanted. I was greeted by Hazelyn who was so knowledgeable and helpful. Her design skills were invaluable. She listened to what I wanted and helped me zero in on exactly what I wanted. I purchased a sofa, love seat and 2 recliners. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help. She is wonderful!

Maja Ferguson was a tremendous asset in helping us select wonderful furnishings for our new home. She is a talented designer who brought out the best in our creative ideas. She was always sensitive to our preferences while offering really valuable professional guidance. She made our home designing a joy!

I am SO happy that we were referred to Norwood. I was feeling overwhelmed with the task of furnishing a new build home from scratch. The moment we walked through their door, I knew we were in the right place. We were immediately welcomed in with a smile and greeting and shortly thereafter met with one of the designers, Maja. She has been absolutely fabulous. She spent a great deal of time showing us around the store, which has so much to offer and is laid out beautifully. She has been so helpful with suggestions, patient with our indecisiveness and quick to respond with product info, quotes and orders. You really will feel like you are working with a good friend. A very pleasant experience overall.

My experience with Norwood has been nothing but excellent. MAJA has been my design consultant and she has helped me every step of the way even helping me to figure out drapery so that I achieve the look that I’m going for. Five stars across the board

I had the most wonderful experience at Norwood furniture with Maja. She was so resourceful and has great insight into colors and styles. She helped me select all the furniture pieces for our condo/winter getaway and even arranged to have the in stock items delivered before I leave town in 2 days. I can’t say how grateful I am. I highly recommend Maja and Norwood furniture for all your furnishings. I’ll be going back there to complete the look with accessories!

What a great experience buying living room furniture at Norwood! They have a huge collection of furniture from traditional to modern with fun and beautiful fabrics. Maria and Maja were very helpful in guiding me to the right look and quality for my home. It refreshing to work with professionals who really know their stuff when it comes to furniture and design. An extra thank you to Maja for making sure everything with my order was perfect and I had considered all options.

My experience with Norwood has always been good, however this time it was fantastic. I told Susan I wanted several items and when I came into the store she had fulfilled every item. But much to my surprise I changed my mind and wanted to venture in to a little more modern twist. Susan wasn’t phased at all and with a wonderful attitude scoured the store and found everything I wanted (even though I didn’t know what it was for sure). She was pleasant and fun to work with. She spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciated her can do attitude.

It was my first time shopping at Norwood Furniture yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection of furniture at all different price points that are great for everyone. My salesperson's name was Maja and she was so helpful. I took up a great deal of her time using her expertise to identify the perfect chairs. She was so helpful putting together the right combination of the material and wood resulting in the perfect dining chairs and barstools. I was going for comfort and they were the best quality and most comfortable chairs I've found after searching so many stores over a very long time. I can't thank Maja enough for all her help. Due to her great customer service, I'll definitely be shopping at Norwood Furniture again and I'll always ask for her.

Love Norwood furniture in downtown Gilbert from the moment we walked in Todd helped us !! We felt comfortable and not hurried! Todd took my needs into consideration and showed us what was available!! Now the delivery guys were THE BEST!!! White glove all the way! Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else!!!

Hannah is amazing! She has been working with me for over several years. Huge help after completion of my remodel. She visited my house on numerous occasions to help me figure out size of furniture and make final fabric selections. Has great ideas and a fabulous eye for design. After remodel of kitchen and family room Hannah helped me with furniture selections for living room. Most recently assisted with design and color choices for a bedroom. Went into this shop for deco inspiration and had the greatest tour with David! Such a fun time! Amazing customer service and such a pleasant man with such great information and education about furniture!

Maria was a great designer to work with. She is patient, creative and flexible. I didn't feel pressured to buy, and I did buy.
We have purchased furniture from Notwood before and are happy with their lines and warranties.

We had been looking for leather couches for weeks. Norwood was the 7th furniture store that we visited and our expectations were low. However we were greeted instantly by Susan who gave us space to look on our own. We were a little overwhelmed by the wide selection and were about to leave when Susan pointed out a few different options that turned out to be exactly what we wanted. They offer many discounts and delivery is extremely reasonable and quick. Susan was so awesome we invited her to our Christmas party. Great experience all the way around.

Great experience working with Maja and Norwood Furniture. We were looking for a new sofa and loveseat and had already been to several furniture stores and sat on many sofas and hadn’t found what we’re looking for. We stopped at Norwood and found the perfect sofa for our family room - comfortable, great fabric, quick delivery. Also love how they give back to the community. Well worth the trip from Tucson.

Norwood furniture has a fabulous selection of furniture. I worked with Hannah who did a great job. She followed up on everything and kept me informed. She made great selections and suggestions and I love everything that I got from Norwood. Karen in design services is fabulous. I had two benches recovered and they are both gorgeous ❤
I have to also add that Jim from the warehouse was wonderful to work with. The delivery men that brought the furniture are the best. I love Norwood Furniture . They have great customer service and I feel that my home is gorgeous thanks to Hannah and Karen.

It's always a pleasure to walk into Norwood Furniture. I have purchased furniture at Norwood numerous times and have always have had great customer service from purchase to delivery with no pressure, just kind, helpful associates.
