I recently had the pleasure of visiting Carolina Primary Care for my annual checkup, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Dr. Bhavani Lagadapati, provided exceptional care during my visit. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her thoroughness and expertise instilled confidence in me, and I felt reassured knowing that I was in capable hands. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which further contributed to my overall positive experience.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at Carolina Primary Care and would gladly recommend the facility to others seeking quality primary care services.

Today was a wonderful experience at this clinic. I am a 70 year old woman with a lot of physical problems. I have also recently moved to Morrisville and needed a primary care physician. They were such warm and caring people. They listened to each issue while asking questions and talking notes. I was well cared for and they made a medical care plan for me. I highly recommend this clinic. You won't find a greater group of people in whom to place your health.

It's was wonderful to see the staffs readiness to identify, understand and help my situation right from the receptionist, medical assistant and the 2 doctors who were amazing and very helpful

Excellent service! Everybody was so sweet, kind, and polite. From the receptionist, to the nurses and the doctor. They took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I will recommend this clinic to all of my friends and to anyone that needs any kind of medical attention. You can tell they love what they do and that they care about their patients. Thank you so much to all the ladies that helped me during my visit. ❤

UPDATE A YEAR LATER. AWESOME PEOPLE! It’s been over year I’m a patient with DR. BHAVANI LAGADAPATI. Amazing kind person and very knowledgeable. Her stuff always responds on my phone calls, even on weekends! They’re always ready to help and very attentive to my needs 🙏 Thank you for doing such a great job!

The BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had! I had some issues which they couldn’t help me with at the primary care clinic I visited before. Doctors at Carolina Primary Care did help! And they were super attentive and supportive and made me feel that I’m in good hands. I’m from Ukraine and everything is still new to me in the US and I couldn’t wish better care and attention 🙏 Thank you for everything 🙏

I have been to this facility x2 and have received excellent care. The providers were compassionate
and efficient. I went to the urgent care facility.

Dr Etti is very professional, and caring. Always has a smile. It is such a pleasure to see her and know all will be well. She is great at giving B12 injections, and has the patients best interest at heart.

It was wonderful to see Anne the RN who is absolutely gracious and lovely. I saw her after six months and she remembered my name. Her enthusiasm and will to help out is such a comfort to patients.

It always feels wonderful when I get an appointment with Dr Lagadapatti. She is always so caring and attentive.
Her staff, Anthony the office manager is an expert at giving injections. I don’t feel the pain nor even realize that the process is over.
He is caring, makes sure he has all the details, asks the proper questions so he can be as helpful to the situation.

Kathy who works in the lab is just brilliant with her understanding of the process of taking blood without even feeling the needle is going into the vein. I am so grateful for her thoughtfulness, and kindness she shows. She has the greatest bed side manner, and is a joy. Always delighted to see her.

Nadia, from the front office is such a patient and cheerful person. Always with a smile. It cheers a person immediately when they walk into the office. I feel all my ailments, and complaints disappearing.

I have been coming here for years and I always have a good experience. I usually see Dr. Lagadapati but I've been happy with my experiences with the other providers as well. They always take good care of me.

Very understanding staff and doctors work here. Easy to schedule online and we never have to wait long before being seen when we schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Was feeling sick they got me in and out right away. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful, effective and professional service. I truly appreciate the Nurse - Ann for her exceptionally friendly and helpful demeanor. The attending Physician was also very effective and professional. I had a great experience overall and would highly recommend this place.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the nurse and doctor were wonderful! I was a walk in patient and there was hardly any wait time for my appointment. The doctor and the nurse were thorough with my assessment and they were both so kind! Would recommend this location to anyone!

This was my first time visiting this provider and everything was swift and convenient. When I walked in I was able to check in electronically using Solv, and my wait time was very short. My doctor was pleasant and thorough. She addressed all my concerns and made sure the explain everything she did. I felt as though I was in great hands, and I will gladly return.

Dr Lagadapati is very professional, compassionate, takes time to listen, does thorough exam. Does flow up.

My first appointment at my new primary office went well. The NP was very professional and knowledgeable and she prescribed medications that I feel will take care of my medical issue. I look forward to being able to comfortably rely on Carolina Primary Care for any medical issues that aris.

The place is very clean, the staff is very helpful and polite. No long line or waiting. The process to make an appointment is clear and easy. The Dr. was a very nice lady. She takes interest in my well-being. She has great bedside manners. I love this place and will always go back to for general care.
