If I could put 0 I would. For 2 weeks in a row this company has refused to pick up my one garbage bag . Adam at the office stated it was too heavy for collectors to lift! The rule on pick up is that it cannot weigh more than 50 lbs! We actually put said bag on the scale and it weighs 40 lbs! He would not listen. He was rude and spoke over me. I offered to load on the truck myself! Hey City of Cornwall we need a change! We are the tax payer here! This is unacceptable!

If I could I would put zero star for this company. Since 3 years they won the contract for city of Cornwall. Maybe the previous company had complaints but it had nothing to do with the amount I could make about this new company. Today on the front of my eyes, I was folding clothes and saw from my window on the next floor the employee throwing, really throwing my recycling bin like someone who doesn’t care at all about the job he does. After talking to the driver and the employee in question, the employee had absolutely nothing to say since he knew he was wrong. The driver told me to call the company and that they gonna replace it. When I looked online for the phone number and saw all of those bad reviews. Not one person in 3 years gave more than one star. I called, no answer. Someone called me back saying he was a manager, I explain my story and told me that his driver told him that they put the bin upside down on my parking lot. I have camera footage that really proves that he literally throws it in the parking lot and he didn’t appreciate that I told him the version of his employee was a lie. That manager doesn’t have the competence of being a manager unfortunately. You don’t argue with a tax payer that make a complaint and you don’t make him feel like if HE was the liar. At the end it’s because of my taxed that he got a job.
Anyway I hope that when it’s gonna be time to renew the contract that enough complaints will be done directly to the city and that the city will listen to their tax payer.

They refused to pick up either of my completely full recycling bins because there was one thing in one bin that was deemed not recyclable. They've broken multiple garbage cans that I keep having to buy because they're so careless with peoples property. They leave a mess on my front lawn because they can never fully empty our cans or bins. Adam who works there is extremely rude and thinks it's funny.

Cornwall really has to look into replacing the e360 garbage company. Poor service wreckless crew. Disregard safety of bystandards. Complete waste of money in my opinion. they damage our containers leave garbage behind and are very rude. . Unacceptable!

In Cornwall, they are the contractor that provides weekly curbside garbage and recycling pickup. They have broken my blue box, forgotten to pick up my garbage (did not leave a tag, 1 bag in the same bin I always use), they have been a day late (NOT on a holiday week, they have thrown my containers in the street, way into my snowy yard and generally leave a small mess, when leaving the (not completely empty) blue boxes upside down. We never had these issues with our previous contractor. Regardless of the responses left by e360 on other negative reviews, these people care nothing about training and customer service.

Just a note, I do not blame the drivers/crew, but rather, I believe the quality problem, stems from leadership not making quality a priority.

Recently E360 won the contract for Cornwall, ONT. Since the change the service is horrendous, ask the residents of Cornwall. Company would not touch a full garbage can ( 2 bags ) due to a single 8x12 inch piece of old drywall being located in can with bags. Pathetic... the lowest bidder definitely describes their services well.

Always having to call to get my garbage picked up. Never on time.
