Swung in around 8pm today. Nice fellas over here, polite. Got the order correct. I waited a few minutes, but that’s life. Great job.

They seem short staffed a lot of times, but are always pleasant. They still get your order to you as promptly as possible.

Very disappointed on the quality and service!
I ordered a cup of coffee at 5:36 PM. After waiting for 25 min, I got a cup of room temperature and 70% filled coffee.
It took another 23 min for the staff to make a normal coffee!

Used the App for a drive thru reward $6 Big Mac meal, a plain double cheeseburger for my dog and 2 apple pies. This location has struggled in the past with customer service and quality/accuracy issues but not today! The customer service was excellent, the wait time was short, my food was fresh and hot and accurate! Glad to see this place doing better!

Good location, staffs are helpful and friendly. And most of all, the items we were looking for were all available

Great place to go during lunch. They make food quickly.

I don't care what anyone else says about this McDonald's. I only had $1.49 on gift card and $1 in car and I forgot my wallet at home and the cashier gave me a $6.50 breakfast on the house just to see me not go hungry. I live across the street and you now have a loyal customer for life - and yes a paying one lol!

I really appreciate this generosity. I will be back and suprise you randomly for looking out. This really made my day and started my day off right. I'm super happy.

Nice McDonald's never been busy when I've been there.

Pulled to the box to order and was not greeted for over 3 minutes. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a sprite only to be told to pull up to the wait area which seemed odd but aye 5 stars to bring awareness rather than negativity these days. Always strive to do your best management

We don't go to McDonald's very often. We are a Wendy's 4life customer. But we were very happy with McDonald's yesterday. The food was good and it was clean inside. Smelled nice. The location had plenty of sunshine which was nice. Some fast food restaurants do not have enough lighting. That's neither here nor there. It makes the inside more pleasant if you can see the outside or if it's illuminated enough. We where very content with the food there and the people that served us. Thank you very much for taking good care of us.

This place has a low rating but I don't understand why. Always get my order right, super fast and super friendly and the food is delicious. So I'm gonna show you guys some love. 5 stars thanks for putting up with a$$holes here in Cary. They are very a very common lot unfortunately.

We had a family breakfast here and the guy who works here so nice!!! We really enjoyed!

I waited a little extra today, but got fresh biscuits and the manager was kind enough to give me a fresh hashbrowns to compensate the wait. I really appreciate this call you made, I have come here for 4 years now regularly and it made me feel appreciated. Furthermore, your employee Andrew is a great worker. I watched as he constantly kept busy and helped customers who had luggage or kids order at the do it yourself menus. He didn't have to do that, but he did. He also is incredibly professional in the way he talks to people. You need to make this guy assistant manager or at least recognize him for his work ethic. I say this as a previous manager of a McCafe'.

Rian was Great! She made this mommas night by serving with a smile as I used my coupon and asked for my son a kids meal toy -short version;) She never batted an eye. . . Continue to be polite, smile, and delivered our food hot! Thanks for blessing my son and I night! Sometimes the things that seem small are huge to another. . .keep up the good work (s) :)

This place is very clean and the burgers were sooooo good but I always took the cheeseburger however I do think the Wendy fries are better than the McDonald’s fries cause it has a little grease but not to much. Would come again

Every time I order a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, I keep hoping it won't be dried out, but it is. I'll just switch to some other breakfast because everything else is great

The food was fresh and delicious. I would love for the food in my state to be this good. Very clean establishment. The people were so nice. A geart travelers stop.

Ever since this location opened, I've been visiting in the late pm hours. With two drive through order boxes and friendly staff, this location has always been quick and easy.

This McDonald's was very good, hot fresh food , friendly attitude within the staff
