QC Supply

Recently I had an issue with my egg packer that need fixed. Contacted QC Supply and was directed to the Manchester store. These folks were great to work with. The manager, Jim, contacted me right away about the issue. Jim was open and honest that nobody at the store had performed this repair before, but he took the time to ask questions, answer my questions, and follow up timely on anything left outstanding. A technician, John, was sent out shortly after. John was professional and did a great job getting the repair completed. I was very pleased with my experience and cannot thank them enough for getting my packer back working!

Everyone was receptive and nice, despite my utter lack of a budget that day. I got a catalog and a card. Excellent source of "raw materials" for the budding homesteader.
