The Smoke Shop is a very clean and well maintained store with plenty of products to choose from! Their staff is friendly and understanding, always there to help you with any problems and offer you any specials they may have! This is definitely my go to smoke shop for any accessories

The beautiful knowledgeable lady behind the counter makes this smoke shop worth going to. Liz is an incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable person with so much experience when it comes to why you're at a smoke shop, look no further than her.

The store itself is very welcoming and well kept, always clean and organized. Located directly behind Walgreens and past Ace Hardware, it's hard to miss with it's classic neon "Open " sign glowing in the front window.

Liz has helped me extensively for years now, finding out the best tobacco and rolling tubes I'd enjoy, what glassware works best for me, and anything else I ask about she is only happy to help. I can't say anything negative about her as a woman, salesperson or cashier.

This place is the best smoke shop in the area, hands down. I came to the owner with a problem I had with a piece that I bought a month or two prior. No questions asked, he mad it right. Cheap prices, friendly, good selection.

The lady at the register is very knowledgeable and helpful. Fun to talk to as well. Easily the best shop nearby Winchester. I will continue to shop here as I have over the years.
