Good Choice Farm - Kevin Bowie

Kevin is an awesome teacher for kids and adults. My 5 and 8 year olds LOVE coming here every week! The staff is fantastic in letting the kids learn by doing the tasks themselves while making it a great experience.

I’m an adult amateur rider and am new to the area. I contacted the owner Kevin through email and was contacted super quickly! For some other riding places, I’ve had to send email after email to get a response but this place is super fast! Instructions to get to barn were great. Riding instruction is awesome! Well organized barn with lots of horses and lots of kids. Love it so far!

Kevin is an amazing instructer! I have been riding here for years and love the way they care for the horses. Casey is wonderful with the kids. Highly recommend Good Choice for any level of rider!

In a time with so many challenges in life, coming to ride with Kevin brings such calm, peace and serenity. Her knowledge and teaching is just what my daughter and I need.

My daughter wishes she could go every day.

I’ve never been there, but I learned from a neighbor that some of their students like to ride their horses on other peoples property.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 4 years. Facility and indoor barn is great and Miss Casey is a great trainer. As with Mrs. Kevin, as the student get better she can be very demanding and harsh with the kids which was challenging to say it mildly. In the end we had to part and leased a horse at another barn where my daughter is ver happy. It is a bit sad that the environment which should be fun and embracing developed into very though and stressful atmosphere.
