Staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, made sure I meant to order the vegetarian versions and checked in on customizations when ordering.
Food was made very well too.

Staff helped everyone else out in the store and were very attentive.
Bathrooms were also very clean.

They made my food correctly! Coming from a big city in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a pretty big deal. Every detail was nice including the rest rooms. Good job!

Great location for trucks (might be tight for a sleeper cab) with trailers or campers. Easy on off the expressway. I don't think they will fit through drive-thru but they will bring it out to I believe. Big parking lot. Always hot and made to order evertime I've ate there. Highly recommended. 2-1-23 another fantastic lunch. Love this location4.5.23 2tacos and a crunch wrap. They forgot the napkins this time but the food was on point. ❤🌮🌮

This location has always been A1 Service and food! However Teresa (I hope) #TacoTastic went out of her way to make the FAMOUS NACHO FRIES just how I like them. Her energy and attitude were amazing and welcoming and I appreciate her helping my picky needs! AMAZING 👏

I have been here many times over the year and a half I have lived in Durand. They have always been courteous although there have been times they didn't fully get my order correct. I prefer this location over others even, still.

Food is always great here. But today when I went to this Taco Bell I saw a genuine act of kindness. I pulled in the parking lot and noticed a kitten hiding under someone's car. Worried I was about to get out and try to shoo it away, but an employee came out with a bag of food. They sat down on their knees and fed the kitten and coaxed it out from under that car. I pulled out and ordered my food, and when I came back out this person was STILL patiently feeding the kitten. Not only is the food fantastic, the employees are always so sweet, and this just re-affirmed my hope in human kindness. Good job Durand Taco Bell ♡

A recently built Taco Bell, easy access from I-69 when traveling to Lansing or towards Flint. Friendly crew, fast service.
Biden-flation (OUCH!) has struck the menu. Still plenty of menu choices. Also this unit IS one that serves breakfast...FYI

We ordered for 6 different people with "special orders" on several of the items ordered and they got our order 100% right!! I almost called them when I arrived home and confirmed the accuracy of our food (but I didn't), just to Thank them for their attention to the details of our order! We love this location and will continue to shop here for our Late Night Cravings 😊

This is a good taco bell. You may experience a little bit of wait time during peak hours and they are understaffed as well. But they are some of the friendlest fast food staff around!

Wow! This is the cleanest Taco bell I have ever been in! Food and service were great! Highly recommend.

At first I didn't love this location but whoever they hired to manage it and or work here kills it now. They always have everything in the order in the bags and add napkins and take extra steps. They also don't slack on toppings here.

I’ve been here a handful of times since they’ve opened. The food has always been fresh and delicious. My order has always been accurate and the drive thru is fast.

This location had great customer service. The food I ordered was hot and well prepared, still made a mess of my shirt but that was from eating while driving 🚫🌮🛻 😂

Kayden is one of the best employees to ever step foot in a Taco Bell store this man needs a raise, and you should be honored to have him work for you let alone serve you your food!
