Well worth the cost. If your car is really dirty, use the safe touch. Otherwise, touch free is good.

Even when it's in service, it doesn't work properly.

There are times where the arm will go front to back and then back to the front again, without spraying anything.

The tri-color treatment barely comes out.

The "spot free rinse" only sprays one side.

And one of the dryers doesn't work, so the driver's side of the car doesn't get dried.
