I went here to look around. They sure have some cool stuff here that you don't see anywhere else. I thought the little video I did of the Christmas village was very cool. I would buy all that stuff if I decorated for Xmas.

Love this place. Always has all of my crafting needs. Shelves are organized and stocked. Great customer service. Always being asked if I need help finding something and treated well at checkout. Loved the Halloween stuff already out and on discount. Will be back!

Went in to get something framed. The gentleman at the counter was with a customer when I arrived. He acknowledged I was there and let me know he will be with me in just a moment. Once he was finished with the other customer, he went above and beyond to find the perfect matting for the job! Very pleased with the level of service and dedication to make the best framed memory.

I love to buy crafts for the days my toddler doesn't go to school. They have plenty of options!!

My customer service experience at this Michael's location was amazing! I was shopping for a simple picture frame, and was provided the help I needed to find the exact style and size I needed. I would like to give recognition to the sales associate Melissa. Melissa was polite, courteous, and treated me like a valued customer!

Have nearly every obscure craft item I need, but a lot of the stuff, especially cake stuff, is overpriced-- buy with coupons or come here for ideas on what to buy and then find elsewhere.

Open on Sundays, which is a huge plus

This is one of the best Michaels stores that I've ever visited nationwide. Everything was organized neat and in its place. Even the clearance was organized neatly into bands even though customers come through and mess it up all the time. I went in for a planner, hit the clearance rack and got several great craft products for my students.

The ladies there are super helpful and I was able to get my item and get out in minutes. Great service!

The young lady that helped me was so sweet. I am sad that I forgot her name. What a professional! I needed 4 frames. I had no ideal where to begin. Love coming here. The store layout is easy to navigate. There's a great variety of products and if you sign up for emails there are some really great coupons. I love buying floral decor. I make custom headbands and they aell some of the nicest pieces without the heavy cost.
