Love heb! My go to grocery store but also a great rainy day activity with your toddler LOL. They have the best kid carts which are cars in a variety of colors ANNNND they have heb dollar for kids. Your kid basically plays a the price is right type of wheels for "points" go to customer service and they will alwayssss give you a primera. EVEN if its a heb buddy sticker. Win for everyone!

Great store! I wish there was one in the Shreveport/Bossier City Louisiana area!

Clean, organized, nice staff, has everything you could possibly be looking for in a supermarket. Our first time in this particular location so we didn’t quite know what to expect. They have a wonderful international isle where we found a few things we couldn’t live without ;) We prefer HEB in general but this is the best one we have been to yet. We will definitely be back.

We have lived in Creekside for 4 years now and have always loved everything about our HEB, but they always seem to be going above and beyond in everything that they do. Their curbside team heard that our daughter was sick and brought out a balloon and card with well wishes for her health! They are all just amazing and always have the neighborhood in mind with everything that they do. We are blessed to have them, THANK YOU once again HEB . Please keep it up, the world could use more like you…😇

My to go store. We love our H‑E‑B. Everyone is very friendly and Sr. Carlos is very helpful and keeps the store running great!

Been coming here for almost 4 years and we really do love our H-E-B :) service is always helpful and friendly. Today a young lady named Kennedy was my cashier and she had the sweetest smile and greeting. I love seeing young people with manners and who want to work! Thought she deserved some recognition ☺

Shopping before Christmas with a very busy store, employees were very easy to find and extremely helpful. Employees were present stocking aisles as customers shopped. I had one item I could not locate, and Nicole worked with me to find it. Derrick in the bakery was able to answer questions about holiday pies, and was smiling, friendly, and happy to help. My cashier Diego was fast, friendly, and in a good mood even with the constant flow of customers. Managers were also around the store and interacting with customers and employees. This is the store I shop at regularly, and days like this are one of many reasons why I do.

Been shopping here for years and love it. Always fresh food, clean, good customer service, parking is full of cameras… all you need is here. Specially store made products that are so good compared to other stores such as their tres leches cake. The flower department is really nice too. They are very festive and will always change up the vibe. If you live around the area then this is the place to shop when you want high quality food and service. Thanks for being the best grocery store for years.

It is super busy and can be tricky to find parking. Other than that, it is a great place to run in and get what you need. Everything is stocked full, and is nice and clean. There is a lot of staff at all times. Even though it's bustling, it feels smooth due to the great staff.

By far my favorite HEB to shop at when entertaining or simply relaxing at the house.

Very good selection all the time but especially for cakes & treats for graduation/celebrations! There was an issue & Zach the manager went above & beyond! This store has my business!

Kudos to Dan in Produce for choosing a delicious watermelon for me!! Also, Kudos to Tracy E in the Express Checkout. These two employees were professional & friendly. Tracy’s smile & warmth was welcoming and much appreciated!! I’m from out of town & always look forward to shopping at HEB, but had never experienced this excellent level of customer service!!

The employees are great. The food is great including a decent amount of more natural foods.
They just put out FRUIT TREES, from Anna Apple to pear, etc, and raspberry bushes, and lots of herbs, right out front.
Very cool. They even choose the right varieties for this area. Good 👍 job 👍.
