Lowe's Home Improvement

This store is at a great location. But what I like about it are the employees. There are many very helpful people who are walking on the floor, and you can always get a smile at the self-checkout area when you're ready to leave. They have a great Garden Center as well, and as with all lowes, the selection of items is good with good prices, and they also offer installation with some good qualified contractors that I like.

My husband and I visited this store on a Sunday at noon. We came to buy several bags of potting soil. This was not an easy task, my husband had just had surgery six weeks ago, and was still building up his strength. The manager saw my husband struggling to load the bags. He stopped and helped them load the bags. Later as we were going through the store and had gathered up more things on our cart, the manager saw us. He was on his way to the garden center to help with collecting money. he stopped, grabbed our cart and pushed us to the checkout. He opened up a register and checked us out, then followed us to the car and loaded our car. When I saw his name badge and I saw that he was a manager I told him how much I appreciated that he would stop doing what he was doing on such an extremely busy day. The store was full. The parking lot was full. As long as this young man is a manager of this store I will always go to his store for purchases.

Lowe's in Tomball has the cleanest & most organized stock I've seen.
You can easily find what you're looking for. Their garden center is beautiful as always. I just have to buy a plant everytime I go.

Lowes I Montgomery Texas was great. I delivered a flatbed load of mulch and it was unloaded in a timely manner. Great job !!

This is definitely the best Home Improvement store I've ever been to. The employees are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about advice and the products they carry. This location is very easy to access right of 249 and 2920. Very well-lit parking lot with plenty of parking and is always extremely clean!

Rudy is always an amazing help when I place a curbside order. He’s quick with getting the items out to my car and definitely a bright point each day when I have to make a quick stop in.

I want to shout out Matthew and Rochelle in appliances for their amazing customer service. They were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

Lowe’s in Tomball, Texas is the best. Walked in, straight up 7am, found the 7 brushes I needed & was checked out and headed back to our group of 50 church service project for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Thank you, Lowe’s!

I went to Lowe’s looking for paint last week and when I went to the counter, Julia was there. I had the most pleasant experience with her. She was very polite and so very helpful. I was looking for the blackest black paint, and she took her time to look up in the system which of the paints had the most drips of black to help me make the best decision. I went ahead and purchased a sample size to try it on my wall. I will def go back to Tomball Lowe’s paint center when I’m ready to start my paint project. Thanks again Julia!

I've been at this Tomball location many times for just in and out purchases. This day, my wife and I went to "just look" at washer / dryers when we were respectfully approached by a sales associate (LEO).
He was fantastic and was able to explain ALL of the washers and dryers functions as well as pros / cons of various brands and specific machines.

We were NEVER pressured to make a purchase in the least.
.... a short time late, in this visit, we purchased both units, pedestal drawers, and 5 year extended warranty.

Once again KUDOs to Leo at the Tomball, TX location.
