Five Guys

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The price was a bit high, but the quality of food and service made up for it. These guys and gals go above and beyond to meet or exceed customer service standards. The bacon cheeseburger was 💯 one of the best I've had in a long time and it all comes down to customer service and happy employees. This place is doing it right.

We have not eaten our meal yet, so I cannot review the food. To the owner, I run a successful full service beachfront restaurant in Miramar Beach where we spend a great deal of time training our staff to be customer service driven in every aspect of our operation. I am blown away with the female manager who is running the shift tonight. This lady is doing everything in her power to insure her staff is serving a superior product for every guest that walk through the doors. She even pulled one of the burgers from being served to a guest because it did not meet the minimum specs. She is taking great care of your operation and each of your guests. BRAVO... BRAVO!

Hands down best cheeseburger in town. Never thought I could say that with all the amazing restaurants in town but we came here once and that was it for us. Started making it our Saturday spot for takeout. Service here is fantastic and everyone is always friendly and the orders are always ready on time. Their seasoned fries are great and they always hook you up with extra. Very consistent place.

Absolutely amazing I had a special request on my burger and even though they can't put condiments on the grill they accommodated my request

We love this place. Whenever we are at the Outlet Mall we go across the street to eat there. Service is always great and the workers are so nice.

Really enjoy going here. Employees are always nice to me and the place is maintained well. Yes, it's a bit expensive and you will have to wait a couple of minutes for your food but that's because everything is cooked right there and it's fresh. Can't beat this Five Guys.

This place is awesome. Great friendly employees. Warm welcoming when you walk in the door. Food is always fresh and hot. Restaurant is kept very clean. I want to say thank you to the Five Guys crew for all the great hard work.

This was my first time eating at a Five Guys...I'm definitely a fan!!! Loved the thin hamburger patties, and the fries are AMAZING!!!! I will be making a trip to our local Five Guys soon!!!

Been to 5 Guys so many times. And the first burger out of quarantine did not disappoint! Took it for a picnic... fries were still hot.

The burgers at 5 guys are the best of all the chains in my opinion. This particular place happens to be about 4 miles from my house so we eat here all the time. You only need a regular French fry.

Best Five Guys Ever!The Manager Made My Experience today. Amazing personality and very friendly . He went out of his way to make certain my order was complete. You do not usually receive this type of service. What a great crew he has and I ordered the smaller cheeseburger and fries, with a cold drink. Everything was so delicious and one need not worry about germs as this restaurant is spotless. This is THE place for a real burger.

The service was great and burger and fries was very good

Walked into the door with a group of 14 teenagers and the staff looked kind of scared lol. Food was delicious though and it all came out pretty fast. The staff is super nice. Five guys is kind of pricey but their strawberry shake is super good and don't order too many fries. One order is big enough to be shared between 2-3 people.

Yes please can you have a really have too much cheese?

This was my first visit and the food was the best. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they did not spare any condiments. Lots of lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Very fresh, too. The fries are the best and made with very good potatoes. Can't wait to get home and make a 45 minute drive just to eat here, again. Cannot recommend it enough. Typical fast food restaurants rate very low in comparison to taste and quality.
