I worked with Mike in sales and Irvin was my technician. Both Mike and Irvin were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. Mike made everything easy for me by coming directly to my home. He had excellent follow up and made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns before I agreed to the service. Irvine also explained everything to me in detail before beginning his work and was very thorough in performing his job. Irvine also answered all of my questions and made some excellent suggestions on top of that. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service, everyone I worked with, and the pricing. I will highly recommend EcoShield Pest Solutions to anyone that needs pest control service! Thank you!

Called 6/10/24 to cancel my service and Sky answered the call. He was very understanding as to the reason why (retired, limited income & cutting back where possible). We talked a few minutes until he could forward my call to the proper department. I appreciated his understanding and not trying to talk me in to keeping the service.

I just had an amazing experience with Roy. He was efficient, friendly, a great communicator, very knowledgeable and the best of all quick to get the job done. As we always say “you have one chance to make a first impression” in the business world and he makes a great first impression. You can tell he smiles when he speaks on the phone that exudes a very good business image. At the end of our conversation when everything was done I ended up calling him “Roy Joy” “ RJ”😄 because rarely do you get people like Roy in the service industry so friendly and knowledgeable and easy to deal with!🏆👏🏻

Just had a great interaction with Ben, from Ecoshield. He was polite, informative, and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend him for any home services!

I was skeptical because Marcus had such a "hard-sell" approach, but he showed up when we were beside ourselves over an extensive "ant city" under our brick patio. His crew tailored our service to confine it to problem areas, so there would be no disruption to bees, lightning bugs and other beneficial members of our local ecosystem. He saved our patio from sinking and left a safe environment for all the good bugs out in the yard, as requested.

Efrel was pleasant and efficient as she helped me with my call. I requested special attention to be given to a certain place outside my home for my service today, and while we were speaking, she had already sent a note to my service provider. She was great!

Herb and Mar were very helpful getting my mosquito service started! Not too pushy to get the other packages, Herb took about 15 minutes from the time he knocked to the time I paid for my mosquito plan. Mar set me up for the appointment from start to finish in less than 10 minutes! Praying this services keeps the mosquitos away because they are so attracted to me 😭

Ben did a great job representing the product and was extremely friendly towards my family. 5/5 stars. Outstanding service

Sean our technician was wonderful. He let us know when he arrived, the services he would do, and answered questions I had about wasps nests and ticks. We are very pleased with his service and with Ecoshield.

Liza was very professional because she took her time to answer my concerns. She did not talk over me instead she stopped talking whenever I interrupted her. Liza was patient and requested putting me on hold to get an answer she didn't have. All around 5 star and more!

I have been very pleased with this service. I have only had a few bugs since the first time they were here. That is not usually the case. Joe did a great job.

Dependable service that is effective and professional by all staff members. Results meet expectations and if not satisfied, they will ensure they return free of charge in order to please you. Joe knocked it out of the park with my most recent service.

Tuesday was wonderful in trying to access Alex as I believe he only mosquito sprayed 242 West Grand. I was home and looking out the window and he never was on 248 W. Grand. I also never heard the spraying machine at 248 and I got new hearing aids. Tuesday attempted twice to call Alex and also agreed to set up a return spraying for us to cover 248 West Grand. She is a superb employee and we so appreciate her assistance. Thank you.
