I’ve been eating Billy Doe meats for a couple of years and I absolutely love it. We order it from Canada and they never ever disappoint. The meat is clean, sustainably sourced and halal! My mother who doesn’t digest meat very well, never has any issues when she eats it. Thank you!

I discovered Billy Doe Meats during a time that I was fighting for my life. I was severely sick with a chronic CDiff Infection & over 10 autoimmune diseases. I did not have that much hope in that season. I desperately tried the carnivore diet 8 times And felt worse each time- Having horrible histamine reactions. Then I found Billy Doe! Not only was it a total game changer in terms of being delicious meat Of the best quality that it was not even familiar with (any of the bone and cuts makes the absolute best broth you will ever have!), but I was no longer having those horrible reactions. The Billy Doe family has also extended so much immeasurable kindness, love, and encouragement to me personally that I never asked for but was surely needed.

I reversed every single diagnosis and I am now thriving. Billy Doe Meats is one of the reasons that I am still here today! I have been able to introduce lots of variety in my diet but I still enjoy Billy Doe Meats on a regular basis- Simply because it is the best in every way.

I now a full-time health coach and recommend them to most of my clients who are also dealing with histamine intolerance or a need for gut healing (Which happens with fatty ruminant meat!). We all agree that once you try Billy Doe you don't go back!

My favorite cuts:
Lamb chops, boneless lamb sirloin, goat shank, goat neck, veal and goat ribs, sweetbreads, and all of the bone in stew meat.

I serve my favorite cuts at my health retreats and everyone raves about the different cuts that they never knew about and that are so delicious!

As a classically trained chef I have shopped at several suppliers for protein. By far the best products I mainly stick with beef, lamb and chicken. I first started going to billy doe about 18 months ago and their quality and service is still amazing. Just to name a few amazing cuts I have tried skirt, flank, lamb shank, flat iron, and Thor’s hammer. Ground beef and chicken are a must in every order.

I first heard about BillyDoe Meats from watching YouTube videos by Bella @steakandbuttergal on where to purchase excellent meat that's not aged since I was getting histamine reactions from meat I was buying in my local organic markets. I've ordered several times now in a very short period of time (for me) and each time I've been beyond impressed with the quality of the meat and packaging.

The last two times I ordered after their Monday cut-off time, and amazingly, BillyDoe Meats still got the order out to me in two days from Illinois to Oregon! BillyDoe Meats, that's totally awesome and epic customer service!!

My orders typically arrive the same day and beyond that, Tim phones to let me know the order is packed and on its way - shortly thereafter the driver calls to let me know the ETA!!! WHAT!? I've been looking for a good butcher shop since moving to Schaumburg and Billy Doe is now my go to place. Customer service and pricing is exceptional. I bought a whole cut brisket to smoke and meat was exceptional. Great fat content and marbling throughout which made for one delicious brisket. Thank you Billy Doe and I'll see you soon for more!

Very happy with our order. We got a sample of their goat burgers/chops/shanks at the Buffalo Grove farmer's market. Goat is expensive in general but their price is lower than all retailors I know of and their product is top notch. Clean, each piece is vacuumed sealed, and well butchered.
We then went on to get a $300+ order from them directly. They deliver locally to Chicago and again, their product was clean, well butchered, each piece fully sealed, and made to our specifications. Customer service is also very good. I will recommend them and will order again in the future.

Billy Doe Meats is just the best! 1st off all of the product is fantastic (big fan of several of the Lamb and Goat items, and other stuff too). The diligence in seeking out and working with local small farmers with the best practices in raising / feeding the animals shows up in the end result; 2nd their care for the humane treatment of the animals is really important to me; 3rd Super nice family run operation provides outstanding customer experience.

Just had my order delivered so I have not tried the ground lamb yet but I can already tell the product is top quality and, without question, the owners and staff are very kind and responsive people. I will certainly be using BillyDoe Meats for all my future orders!

Just picked up my first batch of meat at the Wheaton French Market. First of all, great folks. Did not get names but were super nice and walked me through the questions I had. Picked up lamb ribs, goat loin, and goat and lamb burgers. Just finished the goat burger for lunch...amazing! Going to smoke the lamb ribs tomorrow. On my way back for more! Wait, what? I can only give 5 stars? Make it 6!

We heard good reviews about Billy Doe Mutton and Chicken at Buffalo Grove Farmer’s market and decided to try it out. We have bought chicken and mutton from multiple stores in the neighborhood but these were hands down the best!! The vendor at the market was also very friendly. Would highly recommend!

I got some beautiful pieces of meat from these *very* nice people. The flavor in the Goat Heart, and goat Liver were amazing. I eat them raw and they tasted very high quality. The products were wrapped in plastic so they kept perfectly and omg delicious. Thank you!
