Definitely one of my favorite places. Good food, good flavor, varied options. It is a pleasure to enjoy their burgers, pizzas and especially the variety of salads. There is taste for everyone, flavors and colors.

The best on the road restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. Upon walking in Dana greeted us at the register. I ordered an Italian beef and, out of concern Dana came out with concern for my onion allergy that I shared upon my ordering the Italian beef, and help me see that she wasn’t sure if the Italian beef was safe for me to eat and I’ve never experienced that type of service in no restaurant and I so appreciate Dana. So I am trying the Cheeseburger & the fries everything is fresh. Everything is good. Everyone is polite in this establishment clean bathroom as well I would definitely give this place a high recommendation & seven AAAAAAA+

Definitely one of the top tier fast food restaurants in Chicago land burbs one of our favorites to order food from! Always a great experience great food and great staff! My favorite items to get are just a regular Chicago dog, the Italian beef combo is absolutely phenomenal, cheesy fries chicken fingers and their new Italian beef bites oh wow so yummy lol 😋🤤🍔🍟🍗🍖

Ariel, our cashier/waiter extraordinaire, was amazing & exceptionally friendly.  He & a few of his fellow staff members assisted creating my own personal dish by replacing the grilled chicken on their Caesars' Salad with 5-inch beef slices accompanied with BBQ sauce.  I suggest they call the new dish "Beef Caesars' Salad".  You're  welcome.  It was delicious. Plus, we had four folks in our party & the total cost of the meal was under $60 including taxes & tip.  This place is the best dining value in Hoffman Estates.  Good times.  We ordered:

Wonderful experience! 1st time customers. We travel to work & this establishment hit the spot! Clean, friendly, food was fantastic... Wonderful mix of quick (but not too quick) and comfortable setting. Very welcoming, very clean, & definitely impressed! Will recommend and hopefully visit again the next time we're in the area.

Food was served hot and fast. The service was great. Gwen took our order with a smile and was very friendly. Glad we stopped by!

First time ever visiting one of these. Staff was really kind and the place was very clean. The food though was incredible. Definitely gotta eat here more often!

This is probably the cleanest Buona restaurant that I’ve been into. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I enjoy seeing staff cleaning tables and benches with attention to detail especially around the side of the tables. The food is great always piping hot! We enjoy the salads the most and their beefs!

We enjoyed all of our food. Staff was friendly, place was very clean, service was fast.

I have to say, the burger and fries were excellent! The meat was juicey, the bun was warm and not 5 days old and the service was excellent. And no tipping! Compare this to the new Restoration Hardware restaurant that just opened in Oak Brook Mall 4 weeks ago and it's a no brainer where to go. Just look at the attached photo of a $20 burger, $9 potato and $4.50 ice-tea at Restoration Hardware (photo on the left). What a joke for $33.50 plus tip!!! The cost at Buona Beef was under $12.00 and the food was far better hands down (photo on the eight). Keep up the great work. And I appreciated that the restaurant was clean and quick. Congrats!

WIDE VARITETY MENU: 1) Hands Down, BEST Italian Beef Sandwich!!! I order mine "DRY" (= NO EXTRA Beef Au Jus Gravy) w/ Hot Peppers & Mozarella Cheese. I dont like soggy bread. **Other FAVES: 2) Supreme Personal Sized Pizza. 3) Tuscan Harvest Salad (Add Chicken). 4) Onion Rings (Seasonal Menu Item). 5) Brownie (No Nuts).

This location has great service and great employees, they're so accommodating and understanding with my food allergies. My family and I love their food, the service and food really draws the us back..

We ordered catering for a celebration of life we were hosting at our home. Team Member, Evelia, was wonderful! She was functional with delivery time and set everything up perfectly. Her presence was warm, professional and respectful of the event. And the food was delicious, we received many thanks and compliments about the food, specifically the Jumbo Cheese Ravioli Marinara. Thank you greatly.

The Manager was very helpful and friendly. I brought someone from out of town who never had an Italian Beef. He loved it!

The kids meal had fresh fruit apples and strawberries with it although you had a choice to have fries or fresh fruit. Not some fruit out of plastics bag that taste like rubber.

This location is amazing, they have this burger special and the food came out fresh! The meat was juicy, lettuce was crisp 👌. Fries were pretty good when I got my order like 2 mins. later the guy who ringed me up came up to me with a cup and said here have some water or whatever you'd like, I was very surprised and wasn't expecting such generosity it made my day.

Best beef and dogs. Had the pizza with beef and giardinara - wow! My taste buds have exploded with delight.

Excellent Chicago beef sandwiches in the burbs! Good portion of beef and generous amount of hot giardiniera that even had green olives in it (yummy)! We ordered the "dipped" and it was flavorful and not too soggy. The bun held its own and had that nice firm and chewy texture that enhances all the flavors of the sandwich to the next level! Very nicely wrapped and packaged for takeout. Covid safety measures were really good. Everyone was wearing gloves in addition to required masks. Very busy all the time but everyone is happy and wait times are very minimal.

Bouana never disappoints! Food is consistent and delicious. We typically never have any mix ups with our order, but this time we did. Server gave our pizza to another table. When they realized it, they offered quick solutions with an extra cheese fries for the troubles. Staff was really sweet and apologetic about the situation. Overall, great experience!

Excerpts food and the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend!
