Nicole the bar tender is by far theeeeee best Bar tender and/or waitress I’ve ever met. Will drive an extra 25 miles to come here for the better service ever! The chicken queso nachos are A1 The service is unbelievable.

The service was good and the food was as expected. Some of my work friends thought the Mango Habanero was too hot but thats what I prefer. Chase them with a cold brew and you are fine. There are plenty of TV's so you can watch your favorite sporting event while you are here.

We came in during the dinner rush and the wait was way shorter than expected. From the host stand to the staff, we had a great experience. The bartender (Lizbeth) was also our server and she was doing great keeping up with all the demands. The general manager Mark was super hands on helping every angle of the restaurant. Oh, and besides the service the food was just as great. We will definitely be back!!

Only 2nd time at BWW. The service/server he was awesome. Kind, gracious and always aware of if something was needed, and responded immediately.

Love me some BWW. I'm from Jamaica and the Caribbean Jerk wings are just like mama used to make. Linda was a great server. Very friendly and paid attention to my table. My wife and 8 kids all had a great time. Yeah mon head over to BWW.

Place was good. The wings seemed were cooked long time back. Definitely needed to work on this. This was my second experience which was Bad.

I appreciate the staff for always giving us a great experience during big UFC events on Saturdays. I am going to be completely honest I am one of those guys who sits during the entire event but I will eat there and give good tips for the time spent there. I rather spend $40-50 on food and watch the fight for free rather than paying for the fight at home and still having to pay for food.

The wings were Amazing!!! They were cooked to perfection! David the cook is awesome! I don't like to order on line, so I pulled in the parking lot and asked if I could place my order. I was told to call the restaurant, but when I called, once again I was told only on line orders are taken. Eventually I was allowed to order over the phone, but that experience was not a pleasant one. But the food was Amazing!!!!

Haven't been here in quite a while because we don't have one local to Lake Zurich, IL. Had 12 boneless wings, 6 Spicy Garlic and 6 Wild! Fries on the side too. Everything was fantastic! Super delicious! I'll be back again soon!

Overall, what made today’s experience over the top was the waiter. As usual the food was average, nothing to brag about, but will definitely visit again do to the customer service, one of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! The waiter I had was Melissa the one with glasses. Great waiter, knows her stuff, very friendly, and very helpful over the top!! Will visit again bc of the service provided here.

I sat at the bar. It was very clean and organized. The bartender's name was Alexis and she was polite and attentive. I ordered the southwest philly sandwich with extra cheese. The sandwich was very full. It was hot and fresh, as were the fries. I ordered the Blue Moon and it was served in a nice cold frosty glass. My experience was top notch!

Excellent chain. This restaurant in particular was quite good. Far too often restaurant food gets cold and soggy when you pick up and bring it back home, bit this place packaged items securely and separately to prevent that. They made everything right before pickup, and the manager is very friendly and helpful. This review took place during the SARS2-COVID-19 pandemic.

Our server ethan was amazing. He really is what all servers should be, very attentive that man deserves a huge raise!! Delicious food as always.. great service
