4/2024 5* I only used the drive thru. Food was hot and ready quickly. Staff was friendly and they all had great smiles. Good experience for me!

Modern, small size McDonald's.
2 lane drive through was very busy at noon on a Wednesday. Moving fast, but I went inside.

2 touchscreen ordering kiosks, but no one was in line.

Service was very fast considering how many cars were going through the drive through.
McGriddle was hot and fresh.

Food is usually hot and fresh. Also some of the kindest employees.

The manager and cashier yesterday oct 11 2023 around 3 were awesome there was a fat black lady who looked like grimmice complaining and demanding food super rude and killed the nice vibe in the restaurant besides that everything was good. I hope management sees this and gives them a raise

Decent Food Clean Atmosphere Great Customer Service

Although it is a fast food restaurant, the staff make it a great experience.

I was going through the drive through and (I can't for the life of me recall their names) they honestly made my day. Super friendly and willing to make intuitive conversation when waiting for the food.

They are all very happy and work to fill the order correctly. I never have to wait long for the food. There are fresh flowers on the tables and they keep things clean. I eat there several times a week and go out of my way to eat here. Best McDonald's I've been to. They have REAL smiles even on a Monday

My app order was properly prepared and quickly served by friendly staff. It was also nice to see staff cleaning during this slow period.

This is a 5 star Mickey D's. Really good service. Even at 11:45 pm right before closing. My people will take good care of you and make sure you don't miss out on the special offers.

I came here right after I got back from a long trip abroad and this place made me say "I love America."

Other than that it's...you know... McDonald's.

Food was good. Got a Dr. Pepper when I ordered a Coke other than that all good.

Not very many Mackey Ds get a 5 star rating from me bc it requires things in order to receive one

1. Speed of service
2. Accuracy of the order
3. Temperature of the food
4. Courteous and friendly service
5. NAPKINS and asking if there is anything else before handing me my food.

BRAVO....been a long time, Highly recommended this location.

They need to stop covering up the flavor of their meat with mustard and ketchup. Their burgers taste like they use half filler instead of real beef. Taste like horse meat. And their fries have changed and they suck now. They do have good breakfast sandwiches and hash browns and the scrambled eggs are good too.

I wish I would have got his name, but the guy on the drive thru speaker and money taker was the nicest I have ever spoken with in any drive thru. I was there 6/3/2022 @ about 4:50pm.

I am not from around here but when I go to McDonald’s it’s only for coffee. This McDonald’s is the nicest McDonald’s I have ever seen and I do a good amount of traveling via work. It almost has a hotel atmosphere when you walk in. It makes you want to just hang around and chitchat with a group of friends. the staff is also very friendly! Never thought in 1 million years that I would give McDonald’s any stars let alone 5.

We wanted to take six of our grandkids and one daughter-in-law to the closest McDonald’s prior to taking in a movie at AMC Theaters. I was leery after reading several negative reviews, but we all were pleasantly surprised. Maybe it was because we went on a Thursday during Christmas break at 11 am, or maybe because corporate is shaping this location up after those reviews. The location was clean, including the restrooms; in fact two employees were cleaning the floors during our visit. Our young order taker, who appeared to be the Manager (no name tag), was pleasant and patient and got our order correct. He brought our order to our two adjoining tables, and it was hot and McDonald’s good. After the negativity, we want to present a 5 Star one. May it last!

One of the cleaner Mc Donald’s I’ve been too. Also the employees are very friendly unlike at most places. Particularly the dark skinned slimmer young lady that usually works in the drive thru. I don’t know her name but she’s very nice and I typically go in the morning (this says a lot because most people who work any drive thru are typically on the crabbier side in the morning) 😊

This review is ONLY for me Adrian in the drive through window. Omg he was the best drive through person I’ve ever seen. Great vibe, great customer service.

Went to morettis for dinner and the service and food was awful. So looking for a place to eat and McDonalds was open. Got a double cheeseburger it was freshly made. The service was super friendly and really fast. I would definitely go back. The food hit the spot. Kudos to you McDonald's.

Busy day but staff very friendly. Order was correct and at good temperature. Moved fast considering the lines in drive thru.
