This is my go-to place for auto, truck, and mower parts and fluids. Very helpful, friendly service that goes above and beyond to assist you. Great place.

The Newcastle Oklahoma location and specifically the man with the Momento mori tattoo was great. He tested my battery and installed it so I could get home. Thank you for all your help and expertise!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I needed a new battery...had stopped by a couple of “other” stores that didn’t have the battery i needed..and their Staff didn’t help.
Then i made it to o’reillys. Entered the store and was immediately greeted. I went to the car battery area and started using the battery selection machine. Then, Colton, called me over and said “let me help from here, i can find it quicker than that machine”. He then went back and forth to my car 3 times to identify the correct battery and to install the new battery for me. It was courteous, friendly and attentive service and not over done...it was refreshing. Thanks Oreillys ... you made me realize how much i was starved for good customer service. I’ll be back!

Very busy story when I visited, but got excellent help from Braden. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys are great. Tested my battery, then came next door to give me a jump. (I got lucky, it was the quiet time of day) Got me back on the road within minutes of me telling them what had happened.

Can’t say nothing bad about these guys I mean who else will let u work on ur vehicle whenever and shoot use specialty tools and get in there and help at below 30 don’t know if u get paid extra for that so tip these guys and gals

These people are always eager to help. Perfect place for do it yourself kinda guys on small projects. Kinda thing you won't get from Amazon.
