Carter Glass and Mirror

So thankful someone referred me to Josh at Carter Co. Glass and Mirror. He replaced a broken back door window for us after a weed eater threw a rock into it. I appreciated his honest and fair pricing! His communication was great too, he followed up when he said he would and made his availability work with mine to get us repaired as quickly as possible. Have already referred his company to others. Good contractors are hard to find, I will keep his number handy for sure!!

I’ve been waiting over 2 months for Josh to fix the glass on my back door. He was paid up front. Now he won’t return texts or phone calls. I’m a single mom with 3 kids and really can’t afford to be taken advantage of this way.

Does not stand behind his work. Installed a shower door in April and the hinges aren't holding up. Stopped replying to my texts and phone calls in early June. Claimed he was ordering new hinges and has now left me in the dark.

Refuses to fix his shoddy work. Constantly lies about when he'll fix it. Completely and totally unreliable. Once he gets paid you no longer matter. Can't handle the simplest of jobs.

STOP do not use. Took half money as deposit then ghosted. DO NOT CONTACT. Read the reviews!!! Check the dates.

Steals your money then doesn't answer your calls!! Josh is a thief!
