Sonic Drive-In

I travel so much for work, I stop at Sonic a lot so I can catch up on paperwork and grab a bite to eat while I do. This sonic is hands down one of the best sonics I've ever stopped at. And I've stopped at them a lot. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly the way I ordered it. The service was great and the area is beautiful. One of the best parts of Dallas if you ask me. Thank you for the great experience.

Generally there food is really good but sometimes it takes 30 minutes just for them to get to us and serve our food,there a good place I doth think they should add mo re benches and tables and stuff but it is what it is. And I do sit and eat but sometimes we just take it home and eat.

Kim is my favorite car hop. She is always so sweet when we go. You will see her run around like crazy and apologize if she feels it took too long. I love ordering when she is there. This last time, I ended up placing 2 mobile orders (gotta get them points lol) and she brought both to me. I tipped her both times, and she was so sweet she tried to tell me no the second time, but she is so worth it. She just brightens my day when she smiles and is friendly. They really need more people like her.

Best Sonic experience of my life. I am looking for a management job in the restaurant industry and when I get one I am coming there to steal Krista to work for me as a server. Wow that girl has customer service and server skills and should be working as a server rather than a car hop. There is no possible way you are paying her enough. See you soon Krista. I normally hate coming here because of how slow the service is. However download the Sonic app order what you want before you get there pull into a stall and your order is available pretty quick. Not to mention if you download the app drinks are always half price not shakes and malts but regular drinks.and don't forget that bag of Sonic ice that everyone loves so much.

Jarod was wonderful. We tried the order ahead app and didn't press the final SUBMIT ORDER button. I got there to pick up and the order was not even in the system. He came out to the car and finished it up for us and had our order made and delivered in 5 minutes. Very great service and with a smile!

There are 2 sonics that are closer to home, but we make the drive to the wylie one. Employees are always friendly (jack the carhop always has a smile on his face) and food is soooo much better than the other 2. Thank you guys and keep it up!!!

This place is consistently good! We get Sonic for dinner pretty often and I’d say we’ve only had old fries maybe one time in the years we’ve gone here. The shakes are always awesome, the food is always good, everything is always made well, and I’ve never come across a rude employee!

Great customer service & timing! Arrived at this location already upset because I just left the Sachse Sonic after sitting for over 20 minutes waiting to order before I realized even though they were open in lights are on there was no employees inside the building or about delivering food and as I was leaving the Sachse Sonic I noticed one of their male employees walking from across the street from another business to the Sonic & inside the kitchen with several people waiting & wandering what was going on. But not only was the Wylie Sonic helpful, friendly, courteous, and efficient they actually rung my order up combining certain items into combos to save me money because I had a rather large order and they got it out quicker than I could have expected. Nowadays I considered it a rare thing for a fast food restaurant to get your order completely right especially if you're ordering more than one or two things and this Sonic got my order perfect the first time and the food was still very warm and fresh even when I got it home to my kids. Great job!

Always plenty of choices for most any craving you have. Delicious food with an "old-fashioned" style of drive in service delivered to one's car. Special promotions & rewards offered now & then are an added bonus.

Amazingly fast. Food is always consistent. Friendly employees. There is something for everyone. Even short handed they get the food out quickly. Hard to believe that they have so many menu items and yet are so quick.

I have lived in Wylie for years and have finally decided to eat at this specific Sonic. I would suggest to EVERYONE With the current state of technology .. you all should order online with the app.. ordered.. said it would be ready in 4-5 mins.. headed up there.. checked in.. and it was brought out immediately by Kim. My daughter and I hadn't been to Sonic since the pandemic started. We were always there since it's so close to our house. So we definitely missed it and it was so exciting for us. Well like always the burgers and the slushies are delicious. The burgers were freshly made and the staff is friendly. Great experience and happy to say we'll be going back a lot more now. Sonic in Wylie Texas the best!!
Oh and my daughter's 2nd tooth fell out today so it's the best day ever for her waiting for the tooth fairy and she got Sonic. 🍔🍔

I'm always greeted with a smile and it's never a long wait. There is one setback though. I don't always carry cash so it makes it hard to provide a tip without using my app. I really hate not giving a tip. There should be a tip option on the screen once I've made my purchase.

Been there almost every day since I got to Texas! We don't have Sonic up North, so this is a treat. I ordered the Rte 44 Real Fruit Strawberry Slush. Delicious! Cute waitress too!

People if you don't like there food and if it's not fresh you can go somewhere else. There food tastes Good, and on top of that just give them a good review or nothing at all.. stop hating on sonic because you have nothing better to do

Service was fast and they got our order right. The tots tasted really good.

Stopped in on my way home from running errands. It was happy hour, yay! Ordered a cherry limeade and a couple of slushes for the children, with nerds, of course! Everyone enjoyed their cold treats on a super hot, summer day!

Very efficient and pleasant, their stalls were full and I still got my drink order in a timely manor unlike at the 925 Lovon Sonic where I didn't even receive my order.
