Helpful and courteous staff. I was able to walk in, tell them the vehicle make and model along with what I wanted, and leave with the product in just a few minutes.

I was greeted with a smile and then the associate immediately asked if he could help me. They had exactly what I needed. The exterior was well lite so I didn't need to use a flashlight to see what I was doing under the hood.

The guy at the front was super helpful and very friendly. Checked my CEL without making me feel like it was an inconvenience.

What more could I say about Eric that hasn’t been said about mother Theresa, Albert Einstein and bob ross. The man was BEYOND helpful with everything I needed today. I was in a pinch and had to do some quick thinking for a fix on my wife’s car and this guy was more clutch than the bulls era Michael Jordan. I truly appreciate it!!

The guys behind the counter here have always been super helpful! Whether I'm looking for an obscure part or an oil refill kit they always take the time to help me. The parts selection is pretty solid and the couple times I've needed a part from another store, it has shown up as advertised. I always stop here before visiting the guys next door!

Eric was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to swap out a defective part for my car. This is my auto store of choice, and I will continue to shop here! Thanks Eric!

Ronnie at Advance Auto provided excellent customer service when we had a battery warranty claim. He worked with us to quickly get the warranty issue resolved.

The manager Ronnie was so polite and helpful. And the store in Duncan is the cleanest advance auto I have ever seen.

Noticed my break light out and looked like all soon to follow. Took a random chance and stopped in not my town .. was able to replace all lights as they can't do that but assured the simplicity and a tool. The service rep stopped out made sure I was set and in a few minutes returned the borrowed screwdriver and was on my way. Quick professional helpful money saving. Great crew and and service.

I go here quite often as its right by my house. They have a very good selection of most everything and what they don't have, they can get it later that day or the next. The staff is usually very helpful and knowledgeable with the exception of a few that seemed pretty rude. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized.

Def the best place to go if u need help with your car. I have a problem with my car at least once a month it seems like. They help me find the problem, find the cheapest parts, & even talk me through how to fix it. I don't know what I would do without them! Keith, Jim, & Jacob are amazing guys that haven't steered me wrong yet!

It's sorta like man heaven. Great helpful staff. Love this place.
