The UPS Store

I love this store I have been printing and shipping with them for years. I have a small business and children so I am either printing for my children party or my business. Their print services are good quality and affordable.

Love this location! I have used this store for multiple purposes over the years- notary, printing, and shipping/returns. Never have a problem!! They even were nice enough to run out my print order one time when I had my newborn in the car with me. They made things so easy on me!! Nicest customer service going above and beyond. :)

The reason for giving the rating of 10 is because of the customer service that I receive every time I go into to the UPS store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They get you out of the store in a timely manner and treat you with respect always. I love how quick they handle my Amazon packages and they are always knowledgeable of what to do if there may be a problem. I love the UPS store and I would recommend UPS to friend or family member any day!

The employees are always kind and helpful here. My wife and I do more online shopping than I'd like to admit, and the staff is always patient and willing to assist! Rachel and Christine specifically helped on my last visit and made me feel better about the returns they helped me with. I've also printed resumes here many times and it's always been a good experience.

Every time I go in there, they are so very friendly and with the Amazon returns they make it so very easy. Planning to get some canvas paintings from them also after learning what all they offer.
Highly recommend them!

I was having difficulty shipping a box to an international address. Rachel was great, speaking with UPS directly to make certain there would be no issues. She stayed past the store closing time to guarantee success. I do not see this level of customer service these days and wanted to recognize her effort. Thank you!

The staff at this UPS Store was amazing! I was near their location from out of town and they whipped me out copies of my daughter’s softball team sheets in minutes! Very efficient and very friendly! Excellent managed store! Thanks ladies!

Mason was great! Listened to what I needed and took care of it like a champ! He deserves a raise for sure!

Rachel went out of her way at a very busy time to provide me with what I needed. It was not a typical request and she was able not just to get it done but followed up and verified that I was satisfied. Don't let a long line scare you, the entire staff is fast and efficient and will get you in and out ASAP!

This store and its staff came through when we were in a bind and needed something done at the last minute. Both Sarah and Erica well exceeded the “call of duty” in providing outstanding customer service and I can’t tell them thank you enough. They flawlessly helped us coordinate a task between family members that were 200 miles apart to beat a deadline that I was ready to give up on because it was the weekend. Their willingness and optimism gave me hope. If you find yourself in need of any of the services this store offers, do not hesitate to use them. You can trust that it will be taken care of properly & with TLC. They truly saved the day.

Erica needs a raise! She is so helpful and polite! She makes the shipping out process so easy for me and it makes me want to return to the UPS store in the poplar springs plaza! whoever her manager is - please give her a raise!!!!

I visit my local UPS store at least weekly, minimum a few days a week. Each and every time I visit the location, it is quick, easy and efficient. The most customers may have to deal with is the line waiting to be helped. Every worker that has helped me was always kind and I always left a satisfied customer. The customer service overall is a 10 and the actual service is quick and easy. A win in my book!

This is a efficient and effective way to send back products, send a fax or whatever you needs maybe. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The facility as a whole is fantastic, but Erica who has helped me a handful of times is always so charismatic, friendly, and wanting to help in every way! It’s a weird thing to say that you enjoy an experience at a packaging store, but Erica makes the environment so inviting!!

Used to use post office o er ups ... but now ups is not only cheaper! They are the most friendly and helpful postal business I have ever used... and I have never been to a location that differs from this excellent standard. Used to be a headache when I have to go to post office... now it's a breeze !

Love this store. I am in there almost every day and always feels like a family. Today, Erica, Christy and Sarah were there, and they were fantastic as usual.

The manager Rachel Edge is professional and helpful. Anytime I need to return an Amazon package or fax anything she is always the first to the counter with a smile.

I went into the UPS store today with an Amazon return but didn’t realize I accidentally chose Whole Foods. Rachel was so kind to help me fix it all and I was able to return my items no hassle!
